Honestly i was expecting more..personal was good and helpful. Spa area is too small for hotel size..there is no rest area after massages..at the pool area there is no sunbeds or only 4..no place to hang towel..Breakfast are too small

We came to celebrate our engagement, which made this stay feel especially meaningful to us. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that in any way. The receptionist (if I remember correctly, her name was Anna) did not congratulate us, and while we understand that special occasions are not always acknowledged, we had heard significantly more positive and attentive experiences from other hotel chains, which made this feel disappointing by comparison. The room itself was uncomfortably cold despite setting the heating to maximum. The bed was another major issue: the duvet and pillows were extremely thin, and the mattress felt stiff and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The spa was also underwhelming for a hotel in Tallinn. The sauna was not properly warm, and the area felt overcrowded given how small the space was. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful gentleman welcoming guests at breakfast. He was exceptionally kind, warm, and knowledgeable, and his service truly stood out and made our mornings pleasant despite the other shortcomings. All in all, expected more for a 5-star hotel.
