From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable and warm. Big thanks to Jason, Tim and the whole team at the reception. The room as always was also superb with a stunning views of the Jing’an skyline - modern, spotless, and serene. Breakfast at the lounge was a true highlight. Really well done to the team there for the attention to details and always being ready to accommodate for requests and preferences. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - steps from top shops, dining, and cultural sights. A truly luxurious and memorable experience. Cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is situation in Nanjing West Road with a lot of malls surrounding and it is also next to Jing An temple. It is an interesting place or foreigners to visit a Chinese Buddist temple for their trip to Shanghai. The Metro is also very near about 150meter away. Overall this hotel highly recommended. What I suggest is the waiter in the morning breakfast area should be more alert. Although I see 2 or 3 experience staff but the new staff or trainee is not so attentive. Lastly I want to comment about the eggs station. The pre-fried eggs do not look appetizing. I suggest they change another frying [an to make the eggs more appealing. They did not fried the eggs properly I would say.
