Loved it amazing hospitality from the reception staff

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. As a platinum member of Accor, I was upgraded to a suite with a breathtaking Kaba view—something I could only dream of. The reception team was incredibly accommodating, making my stay that much more special. I want to particularly mention Mr. Muhammad, the duty manager, and Miss Habiba from reservations, both of whom were exceptionally kind and helpful. Miss Habiba guided me effortlessly through the booking process when I was unsure of what to choose, and her assistance was so impressive that I immediately requested another booking for a future stay with my parents and children. Every detail, from housekeeping to breakfast service, was meticulously handled, making my blessed journey unforgettable. Thanks to the hotel team, it truly felt like a home away from home. I'll be returning with my family in three weeks and am already excited for another fantastic stay. I had heard that hotels in this area might not go the extra mile for guests, but this hotel shattered that notion and exceeded every expectation. I can't thank them enough for making this experience exceptional.

Extremely dissapointed, the hotel stated they haven’t received my prepayment, however my bank confirmed they had received it , they made me pay again and then messaged me to inform me they have received my excess amount of 610 SAR , haven’t yet reversed the payment , whenever I call them or email Siwss hotel Mecca no response , the staff Accor affiliated are not helpful at all , it’s such a shame , A five star hotel like Swiss taking lay man money in excess and not returning the money back , what a shame honestly . I will never ever deal with Swiss hotel ever again .

Great Location - Highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location for the Haram and you can walk to the Haram through the shopping mall from the hotel, which makes it a more pleasant experience when it is hot and busy outside. We had 3 rooms booked and the whole family enjoyed their stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast offers a great variety of foods and is highly recommended (although I would recommend you add baked beans and hash browns to the menu on a daily basis). The only problem with the breakfast is the timings. I would assume that 99% of the guests stay for umrah and therefore the timings are unhelpful (6am to 10am) as it is the only time you can get some sleep. This means having to stay awake for an hour or so to have breakfast at 6 or was up earlier to catch breakfast before it closes. The breakfast should be between fajr prayer and dhur prayer. We would definitely stay again
