Room check-in is from 15.00 hrs. On your day of departure, you are requested to vacate your room by 12.00 hrs. Later departure only by prior arrangement (and subject to surcharge).

The entrance and changing rooms are located on the 3rd floor. Towels are provided. Our Fitness area is not staffed and open 24/7.

We offer an ironing service from Monday to Friday (charge applies). On request, we are happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room free of charge.
Laundry left at the Reception before 09.00 hrs will be returned to you the following day by 16.00 hrs (except weekends and public holidays). Same-day service also available (express charge). Please contact the Reception Desk and also consult the Laundry List (inside your wardrobe).
If you wish to deposit you luggage, please ask at the Reception Desk. The hotel can not accept liability for deposited luggage.
Any lost property found or handed in will be held in safekeeping at our Reception Desk for 6 months. Valuables are forwarded to the Bern City Lost Property Office every month. Loss of property should be reported to our Reception Desk.
Hotel guests may use our underground parking facilities at a rate of CHF 26 (per 24 hours). The hotel does not accept liability for any damage to vehicles.
Well-behaved pets are welcome. A fee of CHF 25 per day applies (not including pet food). Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel and grounds.
For your sleeping comfort we offer a variety of top quality pillows free of charge.
Postage stamps may be purchased from our Business Center and Reception Desk. Outgoing post will be posted for you on request.
