Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Constant banging and drilling and when I tried to call reception I was kept on hold for 20 minutes. So I then tried to call by using mobile and waited ages. Only way to get through was calling reservations. Was told sorry were busy. Also noticed staff yawning. Hard to believe this is even a 5 star hotel. Grossly understaffed

-Long lift wait times (>10mins) due to only two lifts work for whole hotel. -Sofa bed had springs that stuck into your back and was super squeaky. - Ordered a margarita and paid nearly $20 and it came in a small can. I would not recommend this hotel.

The lack of Customer Service and Support commenced at check in with the inability to swipe and sign for the room costs on my corporate credit card and only offed the option of entering a pin number. The manager on Duty was unsupportive of any alternatives and therefore i had to contact out of hours CTM service to have them process the payment to enable check in. This took 30-40mins to secure, despite me asking the on-duty Manager if I could check in and then arrange this over the phone with CTM from the comfort of my room, which was also declined. My dinner that evening lacked a standard of customer table service and politeness, to then have our bill not presentable and payable at the end, as the Bar team had already closed all the billing services which meant they couldn't recall what we had at our table! Relying solely on my honesty of the food and drinks we had. My room was not cleaned for the duration with fresh coffee cup, pods or tea bags replaced. I checked out early on the Friday despite having another night paid for by my company. This was a very disappointing stay, I would most likely encourage my Company to booking alternatives for the future where Customer Service and Experience is much more at the forefront.
