Beautiful rooms , amazing location & most importantly, the loveliest service & smiles from all staff members that I had a pleasure to interact with . Can’t wait to stay again

Very disappointed with the check-in process. The waiting line at reception was extremely long, with not enough staff available to assist guests. Queue management was disorganised, and the whole check-in experience was frustrating. In addition, the receptionist, Rasa, was unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. She treated customers very rude. A more welcoming attitude and better customer service would have gone a long way. However, we appreciated the other reception lady tried to help out with the check-in and showed her profession and friendly attitude. Management should improve staffing levels and organise the check-in process more efficiently.

The room was great overall, especially the shower water which had a very strong flow and was calming.

Service at the Executive lounge was fantastic. The food and drink options could do with some improvements. It would also be good if reception knows which part of my name is my surname. All in all small issue but the bed was comfortable and house keeping checked to see if all was well so that commendable.
