My recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately marked by several disappointing experiences, which significantly affected my comfort and convenience—especially as I was attending a course onsite. The check-in process was slow, with staff appearing overwhelmed and unable to assist guests efficiently. During check-in, I was also provided with incorrect information regarding parking costs, which led to confusion and frustration when settling my final bill. Clear and accurate communication about fees is essential, and I hope this aspect is improved moving forward. On my first night, after settling into my room, I discovered a wet floor caused by a leak. This was reported to staff late in the evening, around 10:30pm, and while they did arrange for a room change, it was not an upgrade but simply a move to a higher floor. Unfortunately, this meant I lost the view I initially preferred, and the solution felt more like a necessity than an effort to address the inconvenience I experienced. On the second night, after having been moved, my key card failed, leaving me locked out of my new room. While this only happened once, it caused additional stress and required intervention from staff to rectify the issue. This was particularly disruptive given my tight schedule around the course I was attending. Another recurring issue during my stay was the hotel lift service. The elevators were consistently slow and frequently stopped at every floor regardless of whether passengers were waiting, resulting in delays. On one morning, the inefficient lift service caused me to be late for my course, which was very frustrating. Overall, my stay was affected by a series of inconveniences: slow and unclear check-in, misinformation about parking fees, a room leak requiring a late-night move without an upgrade, loss of my preferred view, key card malfunction on the second night, and slow lift service that directly impacted my punctuality. While staff members were generally polite, their responses and solutions often felt insufficient or rushed. Despite all of these issues, I am required to stay at the hotel again as my course continues onsite. I sincerely hope my next experience will be much improved and that my feedback will be used constructively to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort for future visitors. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
