Hotel very unaccommodating with booking issue - left me ~£500 out of pocket. Breakfast extremely busy and had to wait a long time; many items sold out, often put in a room in the back where breakfast was not so good. Room itself fine but basic - dressing gown was taken and not replaced, towels are tiny even my 5 year old said they were too small.

Well located but upset that the pool isn't available during those days I've stayed. Without the pool, we should have some complimentary things.

Dear Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. I would like to mention that I have consistently had wonderful experiences with Accor properties in the past, which is why this particular stay felt quite disappointing in comparison. On the first day of check-in, the balcony door malfunctioned and broke down unexpectedly. While I appreciate that the team worked to resolve the issue, it resulted in repeated technician visits and considerable disturbance during the stay. Additionally, I faced an inconvenience during payment. As I did not have the original credit card used for booking at the time of check-in, I was requested to make the payment using a different card. Although the initial amount was refunded, I incurred foreign exchange markup charges on both the original transaction and the refund. This effectively led to forex charges being applied twice, amounting to approximately 50 SGD, which I believe is significant. There were also a few maintenance-related concerns in the room, such as the washroom hand shower knob being extremely tight and not functioning smoothly. I understand that the swimming pool was not operational and that this was communicated in advance; however, I felt there could have been a more detailed briefing from the team regarding available amenities and facilities within the property to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, this stay did not meet the level of comfort and seamless service that I have come to associate with Accor. I am sharing this feedback constructively with the hope that these aspects can be improved for future guests. Thank you for your time and attention. Room with 2 double beds was good for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Love the shower and toiletries. Location is a comfortable walk to Merlion and view of Marina bay sands. Close walk to a nice mall. The building has some shops and food court that closes late. The only downside was the check in process. It was a bit confusing, not enough staff to provide support. The self check in- was not very clear. We were frustrated as we came from a very long flight. We were tired and hungry and it was not the check in process that we were expecting from a 5 star hotel.
