We stayed a night here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Was nice that the hotel provided a good commorative cake for the occasion. Bummer that it was hazy on the first day but it mostly cleared by the time we woke up the next day which greatly improved the Marina Bay view.

Lovely stay with lovely view. Initial room give was not pleasant as there is a strange smoky smell but was later upgraded to marina view. We love it so much that we extended one day at the same room. Appreciate if tv can be upgraded to smart tv and to also install a bidet in the toilet.

The hotel delivers exactly the standard of service you expect: attentive and thoughtful, with subtle reminders that your needs are being looked after, while always respecting your space and privacy. I checked in at 2:30 a.m., arriving in Singapore from a colder climate during a series of business trips, and needed my lightweight suits pressed and dry-cleaned. The team clearly explained when they would be ready, then delivered them to my room more than two hours ahead of schedule. This made things exceptionally convenient. Lounge 65 is always a highlight. Its comfortable, relaxing atmosphere makes it equally welcoming for unwinding, having a business conversation, or spending quality time with family. The location is excellent, and the service is consistently professional. Some of the facilities may feel slightly dated, but everything is meticulously maintained. The direct connection to Raffles City Shopping Centre provides easy access to the MRT, shopping, and plenty of dining options. The Merlion and Marina Bay Sands are also within a pleasant walking distance. A walk or jog around Marina Bay reveals a beautiful combination of Singapore’s signature sights: Marina Bay Sands, river cruises connecting the bay with Clarke Quay, Gardens by the Bay, and the striking office towers around Marina One, home to financial institutions and major companies. It has a charm quite different from running along the Hudson River in New York or through Central Park near the Met and the Upper East Side. This hotel provides a wonderfully comfortable base from which to enjoy it all.
