What Impressed Me: • The staff were consistently friendly, well-groomed, and quick to assist guests upon arrival. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made a strong first impression. • Special recognition goes to Sumash and the team at Asian Market Café—their service was truly outstanding and deserves commendation. 🔍 Areas That Could Be Improved: 1. Room View Miscommunication:• I had requested an MBS view during booking through an agent, but was informed otherwise at check-in. Thankfully, the team responded promptly and escalated the matter to a supervisor. We were reassigned to Room 3255, which offered an excellent view—appreciated the swift resolution. 2. Birthday Gesture Oversight:• I had informed reservations that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and was told a complimentary cake or chocolate would be arranged. However, upon check-in, nothing was prepared. I had to remind the frontline staff, who then arranged for a cake. While the cake was delivered after lunch, it came without a card or any birthday wishes. For a celebratory stay, such small gestures make a big difference and were noticeably absent. 3. Toiletries & Sustainability:• While I support sustainable practices, the daily provision of a small toothbrush packet felt wasteful. A slightly larger Colgate tube that lasts 2–3 days would be more practical. Additionally, basic items like cotton buds were missing and had to be requested—these should be standard in-room amenities. 4. Lounge Access Value:• We paid $180 for breakfast and lounge access, expecting a more comprehensive offering. Outside of breakfast and the 5:30–7:30 pm happy hour, only soft drinks were available. For the price, the lounge experience felt limited and did not meet expectations. 5. Accor Membership Discount Confusion:• At Asian Market Café, I was informed that Accor members receive a 30% discount. I charged the meal to the room, only to be told at checkout that the discount applies only to Accor Plus members. This inconsistency was disappointing and should be clarified upfront to avoid confusion. 6. Parking Charges Discrepancy:• I asked the concierge about parking from Friday to Sunday and was quoted over $100 with no complimentary ticket. Instead, I parked in the basement and paid around $85. It’s unclear why the concierge rate was higher than the actual basement parking fee—this should be reviewed for accuracy and transparency.

we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and had amazing experience there. The staff are very friendly, check out was fast, checkin online didnot work for me but the on-site check in was also fast. Breakfast was okay and not as diverse as I expected

This hotel is centrally located in Singapore, clean, extremely comfortable with warm and welcoming staff. This rates for me as one of the top hotels in the world. Superb buffet breakfast.
