Room was generally clean; check in process was clunky as system did not recognize passport; location and view was good

It's our 4th or 5th time staying here as a family of 3. My recent stay was my favourite because the room felt decently sized—it has a small "foyer" and a long hallway before you reach the bed. Previous rooms we've stayed in felt smaller. The downside was how busy the lobby always is. We needed help to check in, and every hotel attendant was busy with someone. Also, our room TV was not working. We didn't bother calling anyone to fix it because TV wasn't our priority. All in all, it's our go-to hotel whenever we are in Singapore.

Overcrowded shallow pool only meant for children. Staff is spotty. Some great, some really terrible. They turned us away at the bar when it was open. Someone gave wrong info. This happened alot. Everything was crowded.

The hotel room is very good at all. However, the breakfast place spends too much time queuing up in the morning just for someone leading you to the table. It's not necessary as there're still lot of vacancies inside. Also the over-medium or fried eggs should be ready rather than queuing up waiting to cook one by one.
