Rooms were great along with the location, but I think the lobby experience is quite chaotic. I also did not appreciate that the gym was in a different hotel/building??? It's mentioned that it is open 24 hours, but because it is in a different building, sometimes, the door to get there when you go early is locked and you can't go. It was very frustrating. It was also not the easiest to find and the pathway was not the cleanest looking. For a 5 star hotel, this was not up to par with my other 5 star hotel experience.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I loved the exceptional service, the breakfast, the location with the train station next door and the fact that the hotel is connected to a mall but the best part was definitely the view from our balcony, I will definitely be back!

During check out, please reverse the holding amount from the credit card and re-charge back the actual amount. Do not let customers wait for cc to reverse the charges. This is very difficult to account for with company claims. Your staff said that this cannot be done and the second reason is because my card is a debit card. I have used this company credit card during business travels all over SEA and India and all the hotels are able to reverse the holding amount and recharge the actual amount. Swissotel always tries to be unique in its ways but end up inconveniencing the guests.

This hotel is located in a very good location & the hotel itself is outstanding. Other than the pool being out of action & not being informed of future worksl I'd probably would of stayed elsewhere as we all were looking forward to chilling by the pool but in saying that it's a great hotel. Club lounge is amazing big area and great food.
