We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka during our family holiday. The location was extremely convenient, especially with Namba Station directly connected to the hotel, making it very easy for us to travel around Osaka with our children. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also really appreciated the hospitality shown to our family during our stay, especially as we were celebrating our twin daughters’ birthday during this trip. It made the stay even more memorable for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka again when we return to Osaka. Thank you to the team for making our family holiday such an enjoyable one

Warm welcome in check in, the hotel room was lovely, spacious, clean, exceptionally high standard. Breakfast options was the best I have ever seen! Great location with so much on your doorstep as well as being on top of Namba station.

We had an exceptional stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and would gladly stay here again! The location simply can't be beat. Being directly above Namba Station made it incredibly easy to get around Osaka and beyond. Whether we were taking the train, shopping, or looking for restaurants, everything was just steps away. The direct access to the station was especially convenient when traveling to and from Kansai International Airport with luggage. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to come back to and recharge. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We also loved having Executive Lounge access. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Breakfast at Table36 was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've experienced. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the panoramic views of the Osaka skyline made every morning feel special. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner, and it did not disappoint. The food, service, ambiance, and stunning views were all top-notch. We would definitely stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional dining in the heart of Osaka.
