From the moment we booked, the staff sent over so much useful info. The executive floor had incredible views, the breakfast spread had tons of options, and having the subway and department store right downstairs was super convenient. Plus, the hotel’s teppanyaki was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it!

Stay here just about every month. Good location, friendly, helpful staff, and adequate room. One issue is temperature: very hot in room upon arrival, I understand this because the air-conditioning is off to save energy. The problem is the AC system isn’t adequate enough to cool it down quickly, it can barely keep up. After flying all the way across the Pacific, it’s important to get to bed to be rested for the next work event. Hard to do when it’s sweating and hot. To make matters worse, once I finally did get to sleep, I woke up in the middle of the night, hot and sweaty again, checked the air-conditioning and it had reset back to 23°C. Well, I can appreciate efforts to save money, it is absolutely unacceptable to alter the AC while a person is sleeping. The combination of not being able to get to sleep in a timely manner because it being so hot when I checked in, and then the AC being turned off halfway through, defeated the primary reason for staying at the Swiss hotel: to get a good nights rest so I could work the next day. This needs to be addressed Keep doing all the good things that the Swissotel does. Overall, very nice place to visit. But this is a key issue that needs attention. Check in and check out is a breeze. All the Staff from the front desk, restaurants and housekeeping are courteous and efficient. The room is big and the hotel's location is excellent. No complaints at all here.

My family spent a 5-day holiday in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The choice of Swissotel is perfect as it is on top of the central train station and next to shopping malls and streets. The hotel room is clean and room condition is excellent.
