Overall experience is very good. Silentness is deducted due to can hear neighbourhood closing the door and frequently ambulance sound at midnight.

I only have a few issues with our stay. The location is wonderful, the lunch food choices were great, most of the staff were helpful, there was a 7/11 nearby, the free water being put in the refrigerator was very thoughtful idea! The few issues: 1.) The hotel air-conditioning does not match the thickness of the blanket. The blanket suits colder rooms and the air-conditioning does not cool the room good enough. The blanket is too thick! I have probably stayed in this hotel for more than 5 times since 2018 and this issue has always been the same. Whenever I sleep in this hotel, I have one of my legs out of the blanket to balance the heat and the cold. 2.) The buffet upstairs have foreign employees who don't respond immediately to customers calling them. The platters of roast beef were empty for a while and when they were called by my father to refill the plates, I think it took him 5 times before he was able to get their attention. This was the first time this ever happened. They were talking quite a lot in the kitchen and since I could understand their language, they seemed to be not talking about anything work-related. 3.) Ceiling is slightly thin but not too thin. If someone jumps on the bed or floor on the room above your room, you will hear a loud sound on your ceiling. 4.) I miss the European bell boy. He was nice. :( 5.) The pillows are too thick for me but that's just a personal preference.
