Very good , except that we couldn't enter and park our car inside the hotel And took a lot of time to try and at last we parked in an outside parking I contacted the hotel and there was no facilitation to enter with the car although we already have the booking Is there any card for the hotel we can use on next visits?!

Check in was awkward, not welcoming at all. Rooms were lovely. Cleaning staff were absolutely AMAZING! restaurant was nice, we had some issues to feedbavk and our feedback was IMMEDIATELY taken onboard and rectified. Great service. Highly recommend.

We love Swissotel Makkah so much. The room was superb and comfortable. We a nice view of the city view but we didn’t mind at all. The breakfast spread was amazing, staffs were accomodating and very nice. We had a very good stay at Swissotel Makkah & we regretted not extending our stay there. The staffs were all soooo nice attentive. They even let us check-in early. Which made our umrah experience remarkable.

Facilities & rooms are usually good in this hotel. However I had extremely bad experience during check-in, My reservation was cancelled with zero notice, and the staff was incredibly rude, blaming me for the mix-up. They acted like they were doing me a massive favor just by checking for another room. On top of the poor attitude, they failed to provide any basic information about the hotel facilities or breakfast.
