A little bit disappointed that for a hotel like this you had no usb charging points and nearest socket was under the bed . So had to go and buy an extension to charge the phones

It was our second stay in Swissotel Makkah. We booked two rooms, Kaaba view. It is very well located and preferred for Kaaba view rooms. We enjoyed it thoroughly. However, a few observations: There was no welcome fruit basket in rooms, Shower in bath cabin was broken, & we missed live omelette station in breakfast.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Makkah and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the Holy Kaaba and providing easy access to the Haram. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and tranquility during such a spiritual journey. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the outstanding service. In particular, I would like to commend Manager Faizan whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our visit unforgettable. As me and my family came with my elderly mum, we were feeling quite anxious about her stay and wellbeing but Manager Faizan went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was seamless; whether it was assisting with check-in, accommodating special requests or simply greeting guests with genuine kindness. It is rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such heartfelt hospitality and he embodies the very spirit of Swissôtel’s commitment to excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend Swissôtel Makkah to anyone visiting the Holy City. With its perfect blend of comfort, convenience and exceptional service. Especially thanks to the dedication of Mr Faizan, it truly feels like a home away from home :)
