The hotel is lovely, check-in and out are very easy and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is that there isn't really anywhere to walk to in a short amount of time from the hotel and there is a steep hill to get to and from the river side with some busy roads to cross.

We were on a trip to Egypt and Türkiye and stayed at Accor properties throughout. In Türkiye, we stayed at the Swissotel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. The hotel is well located and has great views over the river. The tram and funicular are a brisk 15 minute walk away and you may want to take a taxi while returning as the walk back is uphill. We booked a Garden View Suite and were there for 5 days. The room was spacious, well maintained and had all the modern conveniences. We had breakfast and evening drinks at the Lounge. The Lounge was an amazing welcoming place before starting the day or ending one filled with sightseeing. The variety and quality of the food and beverages was excellent. What makes the Swissotel exceptional is simply the quality of service at every point of interaction. Every individual we connected with was not just friendly but extremely competent. From the super helpful doorman who’d help us with the taxis, the extremely knowledgeable concierge team who helped us plan our sightseeing, the wonderful staff at the lounge including the chefs (a special shout out to Halil) to the great housekeeping staff who were always there with a smile. This is a team that works really well and kudos to the management of the hotel. We would stay here again.

This hotel is definitely worth to visit, if you are looking for luxury and best service. All colleagues are doing their best to make you feel home; one day i just asked reception if they have quiet place for breakfast since main restaurant was full of full, a very kind and gentle gentleman called Berk assisted me to lounge. View is great; food selection would be larger but it is still more than ok. Staff there are very young, energetic and i feel that it comes from their friendships, which is very important. And i guess it is provided by Mr.Berk(i dont know his job title but he may be responsible here; because there is huge difference here, when he is around or not. You can easily see that.) Lounge staff are all friendly, all of them(Oznur, Halil, Elif, Gulsah, Selman, Alihan; Asli and Emre from chiefs). Housekeeping also makes great work. Special thanks to Kubilay who was responsible with our floor.
