All the staff were very welcoming, even the staff on the Concierge Desk on street when I couldn’t unlock my suit case

Very enjoyable except delays on lifts with one lift out

Unfortunately this time around there were many small aspects of my stay that were not of the quality I expect or have received in the past here which made the stay somewhat average. For example, my access card did not work on one of the three elevators meaning I had to wait until that elevator was taken by some other guests so that I could get one of the other two down to Lobby. Despite getting a new key cut it did not work and when I reported this to another lobby staff member they just looked at me blankly and offered no customer service / resolution. Secondly, the TV was not showing any visuals but I could hear the audio running in the background. 30min after calling reception for assistance to fix this, I rung again as was not sure of the job had been forgotten and I wished to go to dinner - 10min after my second call (total 40min later) a maintenance person arrived and sorted out the issue. Third, when I ordered a ‘snack’ option from room service the receptionist was going to charge me a ‘tray service’ charge despite on the Room Service website it said ‘snacks’ did not have tray service charges. A total lack of knowledge of your products / pricing by staff. Also, considering you don’t provide any cutlery besides teaspoons, if someone orders the ‘noodles’ snack option please provide them with a fork or chop sticks. I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to get some! Fourth, it says in the bathroom that the hotel is trying to be more sustainable and that if you are happy to reuse your towels then leave them hanging on the towel racks (vs on floor for a change of towels). I had mine on the racks but still they were changed out for fresh towels every day during my 5 day stay.
