Loved staying at the property! Booked a harbour view room for our family of 4. Location is a 10/10 Room 10/10 View INCREDIBLE Only thing that was strange was the size of the beds. More like two doubles for four people. We managed but it was tight. We had a second room for another couple and that had two beds in it, different view and was not the same price yet it had the same beds in it. So I’m not sure I would worry about the upgrade? Loved the view from our room, could see the spectra lights in the evening and the ferriswheel and the garden lights. Room was lovely and we loved everything!

Located between two very close by subway stops, centrally positioned to easily reach all parts of the central business district. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is located directly above an underground mall with lots of very good restaurants, boutique shops, and a grocery store. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. We we able to leave our luggage for the day before going to the airport.

The room line I stayed in shouldn't be promoted to "Marina Bay View Room". You can only see the bay from the balcony, not from the room.
