As part of our commitment to maintaining our facilities, essential repair works will take place, and one of our two swimming pools will be temporarily closed from 28 February to 26 April 2026. Paid for a 61st floor executive lounge that did not even have a bathtub. Stayed in many hotel rooms around the world with lounge access but never one without a tub. The room was located in a position that was not flat. This led to the location of the desk being on a slant and was extremely annoying to work on. Hygiene was a problem as two children and myself developed itchy rashes during our stay.

I enjoys my stay here. It was for four weeks so it became home away from home. I made use of the gym which was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately the main pool was closed due to upgrades but I still enjoyed spending the evenings lying around the round pool reading my book. The breakfasts were very busy but there was always enough food and a great variety. Coming back to the hotel and having the car door opened every time was great and the attendants always had a smile and happy welcome.

Room quite comfortable with kind services, except the bathroom where the water drain clogged in the bathtub during our stay. The "do not disturb"bottom was with all other light bottoms that we touched it accidentally and our room was not cleaned one day. The worst experience was that my husband went to the spa one night. When he went out at 21:00 closure time, the door to go back to our room via the swimming pool was already closed. And the spa staff put him into the building lift to the outside of the spa building. My husband had to walk outside,cross all the shopping mall and re-enter the hotel via the main entrance, all with hotel slippers and light clothes. Fortunately he was not on swimming clothes, as he planned just to do a room-spa tour. He spent 20 mins to come back from the spa due to this obliged outside-hotel tool, exhausted.
