I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I also really appreciated the luggage delivery service, they can send your bags directly to the airport or even to your next hotel in another city, which made traveling around Japan so much easier and stress-free. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would happily stay here again!

Smooth check in and located in the heart of very busy Namba (not that we could hear any noise from our room). Only difficulty was locating the hotel when we first arrived as it seemed to be hidden from the street.

We booked a corporate stay for 80 people with Swissotel Nankai Osaka. The team made every flexibility available to us throughout our stay and went above and beyond multiple times to assist with things like: Local bookings & reservations, late and early checkin/out management, Conference rooms, Extending stays either side, and even helped repair a broken trophy for us! Worth Highlighting a few staff in particular: Soejima Yurie - Without a doubt the MVP of this trip, Soejima-san made so much possible for us. Geoffrey, Toko and Moe san's from Front desk and Conceirge respectively, helped me multiple days dealing with last minute logistical changes. Arigato Gozaimasu everyone!

we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights - the rooms allocated were smelling of cigarette smoke. moved rooms 2 times and then was assigned. After that was assigned a room with a terrible view saying all the other rooms were booked up and as this was soft booked we could get a room on 14th floor and that didn't smell of mold and some but there was no view and was so unpleasant, even after requesting top floor and good view- which is clearly stated in the accor membership details we provided.
