The stay was great on almost all aspects. We arrived 6:30 AM and we were inside the room by 6:38. The reception team are great and the same goes to room service and bellmen too. The only concern is the parking. I paid 300 SAR for the car parking for 1 night stay and tbh, this is too much. The room was great and with a great Kaaba view. Room 3926. I highly recommend room 26 in any floor if you are booking a partial Kaaba view room.

Check in was good and fast, receptionist was kind and supported in giving adjacent rooms. Rooms are very nice and comfy. Cleaning service was available on regular basis. This hotel has exit towards Makkah tower that makes access to Haram very easy. While some other hotels in clock tower have issue of using multiple elevators to access Haram, but here we never had issue. You can also directly from hotel lift to P4 (Abraj Hyper and Restaurants).

10 of 10 for comfort and location. 10 of 10 for reception staff also but for service staff I think they need training or may be they were overburdened on those days, their service level was not upto the mark of the hotel's standard specially the staff in restaurant on 1st floor.
