Good breakfast, good service from staff. Negative: when booking hotel taxi from hotel to train station, they said one car for 250 SAR was available. After few minutes another staff member came and claimed that only 300 SAR car was available. She even downtalked her colleague saying he knows nothing. When we came to parking we could see the first car actually parked there and available.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations I usually associate with Accor hotels. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable delay in receiving our luggage, which caused inconvenience after a long journey. In addition and after we took Omrah, there was no hot water in the room, and we spent several hours trying to resolve the issue. Considering that our stay was only for one night, this significantly affected our time. As you know, after Omrah we are tired, and the time is very important when visiting Makkah, especially during Ramadan when prayers are strictly time-dependent, and any delay can greatly affect the overall experience. Moreover, the room we booked was a Kaaba view room with a relatively high cost, so we were expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. I would also like to note that the manager kindly offered a 15% discount, which I appreciate. However, given the time lost resolving the hot water issue during such a short stay, the overall experience was still significantly affected. I have stayed in Accor hotels on many occasions before and have always appreciated the quality of service, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Excellent location Excellent food experience

The hotel has a brilliant location, especially being very close to Al Haram. Great value for money and a beautiful partial view of the Kaaba added a very spiritual atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and covered all requirements, and the room setup and cleanliness were very good. The buffet was huge with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Despite the large number of guests, everything was very well organized and the service remained excellent. The buffet timings were also very flexible, which allowed us to pray comfortably until Taraweeh and then return to enjoy Iftar without any rush.
