The hotel was very nice - great cleanliness and good facilities. We had a problem one day where the outdoor pool was due to be closed with very little notice and the Manager was exceptionally helpful and sorted the situation. The easy fix to improve the rating would be to a) have a bit of a re-assess of the breakfast buffet, there's too many choices that no one wants and some stuff is clearly missing b) there is a kettle in the room, but no teabags or coffee nor coffee cups? c) the guests need to make sure they don't feel like second class citizens to the conferences that are going on

We were a group of friends staying for a special occassion , we were 8 rooms in total . we had a great time .The rooms are spacious and very clean , breakfast is a feast ..Food is great in all the outlets that we tried . roof top ,pool terrace and Indian .The lounge on the 17th floor has an amazing view with reasonable variety of drinks and bites.

Smoking tray kept in room and asked I wanted no smoking room but was told it’s not. After paying so much, service sucks!

All went well but there were several maintenance problems (AC and Electrical). There were attended and fixed immediately by maintenance team.
