my deepest gratitude to two teams- long due: Bell Desk; this is the most empowered, and capable bell desk team I have seen. The way they operate stands out amongst everywhere else I stay in or outside of Türkiye. They have been consistently reliable, resourceful, service oriented and attentive. They have been more like ambassadors of the hotel than just the bell desk. I would never call a bell desk on my way to a hotel anywhere else I stay . But I do here. From making sure the room is ready to making sure the key is ready to making sure I arrive properly in a very busy hotel environment, To properly storing my precious bags to making sure my packages or my flowers are taken care off or I can find what I am looking for any given time( or when I loose my phone on the way to the airport)… I know most of this is in their job description but the intensity they do it with and the ownership they show is absolutely admirable. They go above and beyond - I specifically want to thank remarkable and CONSISTENT service I receive , starting with amazing Cem bey & Gorkem bey , remarkable Ozal bey and all the talented gentlemen ; Samet bey, Cengizhan bey, Sing bey, Burak bey, Gokay bey, Güngör bey, Ozan bey, Yigit bey, Cagatay bey, Eren bey and Mehmet bey . Housekeeping: I am a FAN and I think everyone knows it even at the other hotels. They are relentless , they pay attention to details , it’s personal to them to do it right. They are consistent. They are anticipatory and they even find a way to get better every time I stay. I have certain allergies and very clean fresh room is a top priority to me; I feel so at home when I arrive . I notice the effort put into preparing the room when I enter and I am truly very grateful. Fatih Kibaroglu has been an amazing host, he gets it , very detail oriented ,communicating with me effectively and planning my next trip with suggestions. I learned to trust his judgement- He raised the bar for housekeeping for most other hotels. I have so much respect for the full housekeeping team- their attitude is always courteous and pleasant - it’s a very lovely group- anywhere in the hotel. None do the things above happen by accident … so thank you to the management of both teams for the consistent, high quality of hospitality they provide… noticeable, so it’s possible…
