We had an amazing stay at Swissotel Apartments. Special thanks to Mustafa who looked after us so well and made sure our stay was perfect. Thankyou to all housekeeping and concierge staff too. Everything is amazing as always and we do not feel like going back as we feel so welcome.

I am straying this hotel last 10 years day by day degrading their qulity. Everytime I checked in new story coming up. Full of new faces unskilled staff mishaving customers in the lobby, unqout so called security sraffs, worst possible executive lounge in the earth.
