My only complaint was the dish I was serviced at the prime was bland and covered with grease, shimp and pasta dish, it was late so I just ate it. I won't eat their again.

Absolutely wonderful stay - a great hotel In a great city. Would definitely stay here again. The Pal restaurant was excellent for breakfast.

The check in lines were long but there was not even an acknowledgement from the front desk staff about the long wait. I stayed for two nights and I came back to my room the next day and saw housekeeping had not attended to the room. I ignored it and assumed they would come the second day. I came back the second evening and the room was still not cleaned. When I called the front desk, their response was housekeeping didn't get to the room because they were overbooked. Two nights in a row and not even an advance notice or a sorry! You've lost me - never again.

The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. And I got food poisoning on night one from food at Amuse.
