24-hour Business centre
Our Swissoffice is located on the first floor and provides complete business support, including complimentary Internet access. Photocopying and printing are available, a translation and guide services can also be arranged on request. You can access this facility with your own room key and it is available 24-hours.


24-hour Concierge
Our Concierge Desk will be happy to assist you with all your requirements, including your flight re-confirmations and other travel arrangements.


24-hour Room service
We offer 24-hours Room Service with a wide range of food and beverages which can be selected from our In-Room Bites Menu.


24-hour Swissotel fitness
Swissotel Amsterdam Fitness is a private facility for hotel guests only. Located on the fifth floor, it provides a selection of cardio-vascular fitness equipment. Available 24-hours, access is complimentary and the facility may be entered using your room key. Please Note: The Hotel wishes to advise all guests that this facility is not staffed. Therefore guests using Swissôtel Amsterdam Fitness do so at their own risk and should take extreme caution while undertaking any physical exercise. It is therefore strongly recommended that guests intending to use this facility should first seek the advice of their doctor before commencing any physical exercise.


Babysitting services (upon request)
Qualified and dedicated babysitters are available by appointment.


Bicycle Rental
The hotel has 3 lady’s bikes and 3 gents’ bikes for rent. Please go to Spa & Sport page for more information.

Dry-cleaning services
Items presented to the Reception desk before 9 am will be returned after 7 pm, on the same day, Monday - Saturday. This service is not provided on Sundays or Public Holidays. Surcharges are applied for Express Services, and for all Saturday services. Our reception will be happy to advise you accordingly.


For security reasons, the guest floor elevators are only accessible with your room key card.


Our Housekeeping department will be pleased to take care of your special requests such as: Baby cot, laundry service, anti-allergenic bed linen, dry cleaning, air freshener, pressing service, pillow service and more.


In house tourist attraction ticketing service
Guests can benefit from the Priopass which entails one free pass that grants them access to all museums and attractions in Amsterdam once their code has been scanned guests can enter without waiting.


In room Massage (upon request)
For Medical Massage services, please contact Reception for information and appointments, which are available at a recommended, professional massage centre, located close to the Hotel or in your room.

Complimentary WiFi is available in all guest rooms and public areas.

Meeting Suites (Max 8 delegates)
Three suites, suitable for small meetings for up to 8 persons, boardroom style, may be rented by Hotel residents, subject to availability. For larger meetings we recommend the historic venues Beurs van Berlage en de Groote Indutrieele Club, Please contact our Sales Department on extension 3325 for further information or to arrange a viewing.


Medical Services
If you need medical attendance, please contact the Front Desk or the Manager on Duty day and night. Please notice that by law we are not allowed to issue painkillers or similar. Should you need any medicine, we will arrange to pick it up on your behalf from a nearby pharmacy.


Swissotel Amsterdam recommends the following parking possibilities for our guests arriving by car: “Bijenkorf parking”, "Oosterdoksstraat 150 parking" and Valet parking service: "Hotelparking". Please go to Maps & Directions page for more information.


Postal Services
Postage stamps may be purchased at the Reception desk, where your letters and postcards may also be left for posting.


Safe Deposit Boxes
For your convenience, an In-Room Safe is located in the wardrobe. Please ensure that all valuables and money are securely placed and secured in this safe at all times. Under Local Law, the Hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings within the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.


Shoe shine service (upon request)
A shoeshine machine is located in The Lobby, adjacent to the Public Restrooms. Alternatively, a shoeshine cloth is conveniently placed in your wardrobe. Please call Reception for any special shoeshine service you may require.


Swissotel Kids Room

Tax Information
All prices are including value added tax and service. Please note that for leisure guests travelling to Amsterdam an extra city-tax of 5% on the net room rate applies.


Transportation Services
By Train: during the day, trains depart from Central Station every 15 minutes, while overnight, trains depart hourly. Travelling time is 15 – 18 minutes.
By Taxi: travelling time from the Hotel to the Airport is approximately 20 – 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Taxis should be booked in advance to avoid delays.
By Airport Shuttle: The Connexxion Airport Shuttle service departs every 30 minutes from Dam Square and travelling time is approximately 50 minutes. It is necessary to reserve your seat at least 2 hours in advance. Terms and Conditions apply.


Wheelchair Accessibility
Most areas of the hotel are accessible to those using wheelchairs. Furthermore Swissotel Amsterdam offers 2 disabled friendly rooms with roll in showers.
