Our Concierge Desk will be happy to assist you with all your requirements, including your flight re-confirmations and other travel arrangements.

 

24-hour business centre featuring complimentary internet access
Our Swissoffice is located on the first floor and provides complete business support, including complimentary Internet access. Photocopying and printing are available, a translation and guide services can also be arranged on request. You can access this facility with your own room key and it is available 24-hours.

 

24 and 48 hour public transportation cards
With so many noteworthy attractions located within walking distance of the Swissôtel Amsterdam we also encourage our guests to make the most of their stay by visiting other historic attractions using public transportation. For this reason 24 and 48 hour public transportation tickets are available at our Concierge desk. Please do not hesitate to ask our knowledgeable Concierge for great tips.

 

Meeting Suites (Max 8 delegates)
Three suites, suitable for small meetings for up to 8 persons, boardroom style, may be rented by Hotel residents, subject to availability. For larger meetings we recommend the historic venues Beurs van Berlage en de Groote Indutrieele Club, Please contact our Sales Department on extension 3325 for further information or to arrange a viewing.

Valet parking (outsourced)

Bicycle Rental

Transportation Services
By Train: during the day, trains depart from Central Station every 15 minutes, while overnight, trains depart hourly. Travelling time is 15 – 18 minutes.
By Taxi: travelling time from the Hotel to the Airport is approximately 20 – 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Taxis should be booked in advance to avoid delays.
By Airport Shuttle: The Connexxion Airport Shuttle service departs every 30 minutes from Dam Square and travelling time is approximately 50 minutes. It is necessary to reserve your seat at least 2 hours in advance. Terms and Conditions apply.

 

Dry-cleaning services
Items presented to the Reception desk before 9 am will be returned after 7 pm, on the same day, Monday - Saturday. This service is not provided on Sundays or Public Holidays. Surcharges are applied for Express Services, and for all Saturday services. Our reception will be happy to advise you accordingly.

 

Free admission to Swissotel Amsterdam Fitness including the latest TechnoGym equipment
Swissotel Amsterdam Fitness is a private facility for hotel guests only. Located on the fifth floor, it provides a selection of cardio-vascular fitness equipment. Available 24-hours, access is complimentary and the facility may be entered using your room key. Please Note: The Hotel wishes to advise all guests that this facility is not staffed. Therefore guests using Swissôtel Amsterdam Fitness do so at their own risk and should take extreme caution while undertaking any physical exercise. It is therefore strongly recommended that guests intending to use this facility should first seek the advice of their doctor before commencing any physical exercise.

 

Shoe shine service (upon request)
A shoeshine machine is located in The Lobby, adjacent to the Public Restrooms. Alternatively, a shoeshine cloth is conveniently placed in your wardrobe. Please call Reception for any special shoeshine service you may require.

 

Babysitting services (upon request)
Qualified and dedicated babysitters are available by appointment.

 

In room Massage (upon request)
For Medical Massage services, please contact Reception for information and appointments, which are available at a recommended, professional massage centre, located close to the Hotel or in your room.
