I have been staying here from years. This time my experience was extremely disappointing. The house keeping and reception are least bothered about guests care. Need to call 6-7 time to get something done

The rooms themselves were great, plenty of space and the bathrooms were great. The views were good. The staff were lovely but we were let down by a few things. The first was the fact that I had requested early check-in both prior to arrival and on arrival but it was not provided - I had to beg to get into my room even 1 hour early!! More cleaners would allow rooms to be ready earlier but also a prioritisation of rooms to be cleaned for guests needing early check-in would also assist here. There was also no welcome drink or offer for anything to compensate having to wait 6 hours (since our arrival) for our room to be ready. The breakfast was ok but not great. The bread was sweet (which I know is quite an Asian preference) but eggs could not be eaten on it. The butter was unsalted and hard as rock because it’s on ice (being air conditioned inside this is unnecessary, it was un-spreadable). The pool area was lovely but beware that we could not swim with our children in the bigger pool because our son was under 6 - even though we are able to swim and our son would be held with us the entire time. Being Australian we can swim well, so can our children but unfortunately it’s not based on ability only age, this is more dangerous in my opinion as adults who can’t swim can jump right in. There is a lifeguard present. There is no Coke-a-cola only Pepsi which some people may like but again not to our preference. There was also no milk in the rooms for tea and coffee (this should be standard). It’s the little details like having coke available poolside and milk in the rooms that does make a difference. One good thing is it’s close to the red metro line - making it easy to g eg around. The airport is close by too. We enjoyed watching the planes take off poolside.

Good service from start to end. Really nice Staff. Was missing some imenities in the room when checked and room smelled smoke/ciggrate, asked for non smoking room. Gym/pool/sauna - just perfect. Would def.stay again
