I am always have comfortable stay from previous until i booked 2 rooms for a day to relax. We sleep late as the connecting room beside us have children and they are crying & adults has a loud voice, which was irritating. They stopped around 1Am(Sep16), in morning time i have requested to extend till 2Pm which was granted, thank u. But when we tried to sleep again after bfast around 10:30Am, HK knocked and asked what time we are going to check out. I informed him at 2Pm. Again at 11:55Am, HK knocked with doorbell to asked “R u going to check out? What time? Do u need anything? Which was really annoying. I think u better have a briefing regarding that. My previous stay was really good thats why we are always coming back. We did not even use the amenities as we have lack or sleep. This experience is not acceptable at all.

The experience was great as always bht this time due to de loss of my beloved wife who passed away last year right after we came back home Twas a sad emotional time at de hotel as we’ve always come here for the last 7 to 8 years so bought back memories. But this time why giving low ratings is that one of your staff at de count Me Diaz o sumit with D was very RUDE Harsh and never served me which I felt was very Bad tho Fatuma Patrick and the others were so kind a smile on their face and ready to help.

The front desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. The breakfast was horrible. Floor managers in breakfast were ignoring us when asking questions. They stopped serving water, coffee before the breakfast time was over. The room service was very bad. When asked for any room service they were very late to provide the requested services.
