I had an amazing stay, front desk was extremely helpful travelling with my 82 year old mum. They helped every step of the way and upgraded up to a suite.

Overall, the hotel service is excellent. The only downside is that the housekeeping can be quite slow, which is unfortunately a bit frustrating. Other than that, this is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. I’ve been to Dubai 11 times, and this is already my 4th stay at Swissôtel, which says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, the metro station is just a short walk away, and you’re centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. They also offer complimentary valet parking, which is a great convenience if you’re renting a car. The breakfast is good overall, although I do think it could benefit from a bit more variety. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.

Absolutely clean rooms with fresh linen and always helpful weather it’s concierge or breakfast staff…. Will always prefer this hotel above all.

I got very good service and Support from Giab he is very very Good, and also the house keeping was good
