I am not satisfied with the experience. I was assigned a handicapped room, and the bathroom condition was unacceptable, with water splashing everywhere. I also ordered room service and the noodle soup was all cold when it arrived. Considering the premium price charged, the hotel facilities were also noticeably outdated.

overall it's a great hotel. small note: after almost 2 weeks I still have a reservation on my credit card. despite the fact that the amount was already charged. For somebody who travels a lot this is very inconvenient

Exemplary staff team!! Exceptional response to guest questions, requests, needs and comfort. Concierge team exemplary!! Forgot the names, but they need to be recognized for their professionalism and expertise in helping guests plan and navigate tours and other items of interest around the city!! Most Doormen, (Selvan) Jasper, among many others .

No recognition of Accor Gold loyalty. No upgrades, no welcome amenities (had to ask explicitly for the same), not provided late check-out (again had to request a lot for the same as was traveling with infant). Generally has pleasant stays with Accor worldwide, and they do recognise the loyalty. But not here !!

The hotel was nice and had some good facilities. Rooms are ok depending on the type of room. The service at breakfast hall and cleaning was excellent. Thank you Tapas for cleaning our room. Great service from also provided by the Bellhop team. The food was excellent at breakfast. Also able to then can go to the connected shopping centre for some great food in the food halls. The concierge team / front desk were NOT very approachable especially when in line waiting to talk to them, which was very disappointing. Advantage of this hotel is well setup for families.
