Loved the location,breakfast and the room cleaning staff. Would be great if waiters at breakfast ask for tea/coffee without guest having to walk over to them to request this. Sometimes they did not complete the request. Also would be amazing if for returning guests complimentry upgrade was offered for example kabba view room even if its for the guests last night which would leave them on a high note.

The location was perfect for my Umrah. The exit from the clock tower is directly opposite the entrance to Gate 1, which leads you directly to Kaaba ma shaa Allah. The mall in the clock tower has everything you will need, from the food court (two levels) and two major supermarkets. The management are cooperative and no request was too much or too little. All the staff were polite and helpful except for the valet in the basement, if your face doesn't fit they will not be eager to help, which is a shame as they are the last staff you see before you leave the hotel and will leave an everlasting memory. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

i do like the fact that i can go to the masdjid / mecca in less than 5 minutes thanks to the hotel having two way out ( mall / road ) but i would like to talk about the lobby is so small so when prayers time approaches its packed with people and the elevators are a pain even tho having like 20 + elevators that one that cant go down to 0 only to p4 really baits me sometimes but hey overral its a good stay its my second time going there and absolutely wont be my third
