Staying at this five-star hotel with its breathtaking view of the Kaaba was truly an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, the service exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to thank Ishraq at the reception who assisted us during check-in — her professionalism and kindness made the process smooth and effortless. We truly appreciated her help, and it set the tone for a perfect stay. A special thank you as well to the Moroccan chef, who prepared delicious dishes at the buffet. As Moroccans, we warmly appreciated his creations, which allowed us to relive our culinary traditions even in the heart of Makkah — a truly special and comforting feeling. We would also like to express our gratitude to the breakfast restaurant team for their warm service and constant attention, as well as to the housekeeping staff for keeping our room immaculate and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a remarkable view of the Holy Kaaba.
