Everything else is okay, just I was promised a Kaaba Room, but instrad the view is obstructed, while my colleagues book the same room type, but it's not obstructed, however we pay the for the same room

My welcoming experience was really nice with Ghalla who took care of my checking in experience and made it a nice one. The breakfast also was good. But the room sink and the shower cabin wasn’t clean, the sink had some stains and the cabin shower had a hair inside. I wouldn’t expect this in a 5 stars hotel especially your name as I always heard good review. Im planning another umrah IsA in September and I was trying your hotel for one night to assess if I will come again but I guess this will be my only visit as the quality didn’t meet my expectations
