We had a 3-bed city view room. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a partial Kaaba view and were checked in early. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was on the smaller side, especially the shower. The curtains in the room didn’t close completely letting in some light. The buffet was okay, wide selection but nothing was outstanding. Service at breakfast could have been more attentive. I feel there should be more signage in the Clock Tower to provide directions to the various hotels. Directions are not my strength so I found it a bit challenging to find my way.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. We loved the delicious breakfast, the live World Cup screenings, and the direct access to the clock tower’s shops and restaurants. Room service was also great—though we were surprised to find staff entering our room while we were out. We were told they clean automatically if no “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. Fortunately, we caught them just as we were returning from the masjid. After that, we always made sure to hang the DND sign and kept all valuables securely in the in-room safe.

Well located hotel for umrah purposes & the stay was very comfortable with warm hospitality . Special shout out to housekeeping staff Ahmad Abdul Rahman who was timely in cleaning the room & anticipated our needs & provide necessary stuff after a long session in the mosque .the staff at the Al ruwad restaurant were also helpful . Breakfast selection could be more varied .thanks
