This hotel is perfectly located just in front of Haram, only a 2-minute walk away. The room had an amazing view of the Kaaba, which made the stay truly special. The breakfast was good and satisfying.

We had experienced number of problems during our 3 days stay in this hotel. 1. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are empty 2. No cold water, only very hot water 3. AC temperatures cannot be adjusted 4. Shower drainage clogged Breakfast has very few varieties. Same items are repeated in every row. Even though they addressed every problem, we did not enjoy our stay there.

Staff, location and everything was great! Especially Yousef he went above and beyond. Only concern I have is the toilet hose water was too hot to use at some points, an issue defiantly worth investigating. I am confident though this will be resolved and definitely would love to visit again
