Our family recently stayed at Swissôtel Makkah and we had a truly wonderful experience. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ahmed Alamri for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. Before our arrival, my son had spoken very highly of Mr. Ahmed based on his own previous experience at the hotel, and after meeting him ourselves, we completely understood why. From the moment we arrived, he treated our family with genuine warmth, respect, and care, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. One gesture that deeply touched us was his generous complimentary upgrade to a higher-category room with a beautiful view overlooking the Holy Mosque and Ka‘aba. Being able to admire the Haram from our room during such a spiritually significant journey made our stay even more memorable and meaningful. It is a kindness our family will never forget. Beyond this, the hotel itself was excellent in every aspect — very clean and organized, professional staff, convenient access to the Haram and Clock Tower, excellent service, and a very enjoyable breakfast buffet. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. However, what truly made this stay special was the level of sincerity and hospitality shown by Mr. Ahmed Alamri. Employees like him leave a lasting impression and are a major reason families choose to return. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us and pray that he is rewarded abundantly for his kindness and generosity. We highly recommend Swissôtel Makkah to anyone visiting the Holy City and look forward to returning in the future, inshā’Allāh.

Closer to haram gate. View depend on willingness to pay more. Food so-so . Room look no so impressive although cost more than 1K ++.

The room itself is nice,but the Kaabah view is out of this world.Wonderful stay and will repeat again for Umrah later on.
