Poor service from staff at check in.

During the stay all were good, but after checking out one lady called me to ask that i took one small towel from the hotel, but i was there for Omra not for stolen I can’t accept this kind of accusation and never the way that she talk with me even this number +966 54… when I contacted the to have more information they give me a rude answer. All was perfect but the client relationship it wasn’t professional I will not recommend this hotel even for particular or travel company

The staff was friendly, helpful and they take their jobs seriously, the hotel was full but we did’t notice that the staff were working under pressure which measures how talented they are, thanks to the management and thanks the staff and special thanks to the employees working to keep this will built system together
