Fateyah helped me check in early and promptly, i was also able to have late check out with no extra charge. Very happy with check in, check out. I was also sent complimentary fruit, chocolates and tea which was a great gesture. Room service was also great, will definitely be using this hotel again. Concierge was also always happy to help

The room had extreme fragrance it was so strong that gave me headaches and i had allergies. It should moderate or not at all as people like me has allergies and respiratory problems. It literally burned my throat and i had to take pills to sleep. I talked the receptionist about it and they said they will open the window. But when i came back to room after praying the smell was still very strong. As we came back to room late at night after praying hours we didn’t have energy to request a change for the room. And it’s probably same with every room anyways. They should be more considerate about health rather than how the room smells. Breakfast was average wasn’t up to the name of swiss compared to other swiss branches. I won’t be choosing to stay there again even though the location is good
