Different lifts to different floors is very irritating. Also the lifts take a long time to come when try to utilize them.

Overall it was good experience, staff helpful. Coming in and out of shopping centre - you need a better process than sometimes being asked and sometimes not, not knowing who is coming or going ! No idea tea/coffee is served or anything else that goes on at hotel
