like it, but I don't like it because it was too early to check out and nothing to do in the city at that time specially | don't like the MAN who make me pay more than (1, 500 .0…) for 1 night and I told him I did it online I already pay for this and didn't listen to me, I think he’s making money with all people and he kept telling me you have to pay $100 to check in early and I was confused because I see it online and it was ($35 dollars and he added ($100 obligatory) and he make me sign a paper for that payment , and he included more money in the payment for 1 night, it was specifically =$975,20 , DESCRIPTION : he’s a MAN, BLACK color, alittle fat and he’s working in the morning, I think is disgusting talk to him and I think he’s in the first desk of the hotel helping people to be scammed. . and then I went to my room and came back, and a lady who is so amazing told me I was right and the payment to check in early is only $35 (for me ) and she told me I will have that big money back, BUT IM STILL WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT BACK.

Great hotel, enjoyed the bar, location and accommodation. Loved the view also. But the parking garage was like a maze, it took luck not to scrap my car on the many turns and pillars in between each parking spot. Any car bigger than a compact car will have major trouble.

Our stay was great! The staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is minutes away from the river walk. Would definitely stay again

I only stayed at the Swissotel because of a gift card. But the staff had no idea how to handle a gift card. Multiple people gave wrong information and didn't actually follow through on applying the gift card. Very frustrating.
