Elevator stopped working during stay had to walk down twenty flights of stairs. Room felt unclean with few considerations

We loved the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and had hoped to stay a 4th when our flight was cancelled. We asked the manager if we could book one more night at the same rate (about $200 on Travelzoo) but were told the rate would be about $850. We moved to the Hyatt Centric.
