We had a great comfortable stay. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, beaches, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and riverfront was across the street. The Swissotel staff was so friendly and accomadating. We will always come back here. Thank you.

We had a lovely trip to Chicago and the Swissôtel played a huge part in that. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was in a great, central location and allowed us a fantastic base from which to explore the amazing city. We are so glad we chose to stay here.
