I have stayed at many hotels in Chicago for business. There is a lot of competition. This hotel is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Service was fantastic. Workers friendly. Food excellent. Room clean and comfortable.

If you could add a water bottle in the room. The coffee tasted amazing.

The toilet in my room clogged twice. The first time it clogged, someone came up to fix it and he told me it was an issue with the tank but it was fixed and I should be fine. The next time it happened was in the middle of the night. I flushed the toilet and the water level rose and ultimately poured all over the floor. The person who brought me a key to move rooms was rude, never apologized, and never asked if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. It surprised me that she was not more apologetic about he situation since I needed to move rooms in the middle of the night after the second incident.

Had a last minute flight change so needed to stay the night in Chicago, my grandparents lived in the area for 40 years so I decided to stay. Was a great choice. Got in very late and the staff was very nice and helped me find a restaurant in the area that would suite me needs. Room was very nice and comfortable. Will be staying here the next time I’m in Chicago.
