Everything was easy.

Our room was amazing. I did not give a 10/10 because the parking garage is less than ideal. You can't take a cart to all the garage levels. So hauling your luggage up and down steps was real annoying. Hindsight, I would of paid for valet. The parking is also crazy tight in the garage. We just parked and walked or took an Uber our whole stay. I also can not believe the cost of items. Family of 5. $6 for a soda and even more for a water. I think we spent $75 in the little lobby store and we only went in there twice for some drinks. I get Chicago is expensive, but I would of liked to see a vending machine at half those prices. So parts of the hotel got docked, but again our room was amazing. The views!!!

I used to stay there alot, 25 plus years ago, before everything was built around it. The rooms are great and the experience was positive. A bit pricey, my meal at dinner was $120 and the valet parking is costly. But the rooms were quiet and clean. Will do again down the road.

We booked a one-night "staycation" with an attached Kids Suite and were delighted to find ourselves in a corner King unexpectedly! The toys, activities, books, and decor were spot-on for our 2 daughters and it made the trip unforgettable. Thank you!
