Nice Hotel. Let us check in early since the rooms were ready. This helped out so we didn't have to carry bags with us after we got off the train.

Beautiful facility, food was great, and I had the most spectacular view of the Chicago River , Navy Pier, and lake Michigan from my room. Only negative is that the meeting rooms were so cold, AC blasting was loud, and cold, There were many adjustments made to it, but generally it was too cold, and drove my sinuses crazy.

I have never encountered The Urban Experience before . I did not benefit from it in any way and fee it’s an unnecessary extra charge.
