Noises from street level were loud at times. I was on 25th floor and could still hear it all.

Every staff member I encountered was helpful and efficient. The hotel has a terrific location, large rooms, good food, and great service. The only thing that could be a bit better is the overall decor. It’s pretty dated.

As a nursing mom it was really important to me that the milk that I pumped was stored properly. I came to a fridge FILLED with mold. Thanks to Joe who quickly got it replaced for me. I called and asked if there would be a freezer in my own room and staff said they’ll give me a room with a freezer. When I arrived I only had a fridge then front desk looked at me funny and said just give us what you need to freeze. I gave them freezer packs and when I came to pick them up they were not frozen. A kind gentle man who retrieve my packs said dang I wish I knew about this so I could put them in the proper freezer. Now what do I make out of that? I had about 15 bottles worth of pumped milk that I have to throw away. Only a pumping mom can understand how painful that is. I constantly found mugs filthy with stains in my room and the banquet. Made me want to gag. Each staff member gave me different information about different things. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially moms.

It was like a dream. I stayed on the 29th floor and everything was perfect! I have no complaints at all.
