Nice, quiet room. Convenient to conference at the Hyatt. Had a great stay with the following two exceptions: 1. Dropping off the car / checking it in to the valet was a mess and takes way too long. {It was pretty quick to get it out.} It seems to me you would have a better idea when a bunch of folks are coming for a conference to either have a bunch of valets available, allow a self-park option, or better direct/partner with other garages. 2. Room 4109 - The TV is plugged into a plug that is controlled by a light switch. I don't know if that's a prank or intentional, but just frustrating, and too cumbersome to get behind the TV stand to fix or change.

All was lovely, but the area around the toilet was SO stained that it looked pretty gross. Additionally, the sink was very slow to drain.
