Beautiful room and view

Nice hotel, great location, good views, spacious fitness center. However, the room internet slowed down so much my 2nd day that it was unusable (15mg download, ~0 upload). I talked to the front desk but they couldn't address it and said "gets slow when people are using it". That's unacceptable. Supposedly one can pay for higher speeds but I didn't have time to figure it out.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our check-in was arranged earlier than expected, which was a wonderful start to our stay. That said, there were two major drawbacks. First, our room was located directly behind three of the hotel’s elevators. The constant noise from the elevators made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. I would strongly advise avoiding rooms ending in “1” on any floor, as they are positioned right behind the elevators. There seems to be another section of rooms behind a different set of three elevators as well, which likely have the same issue. Second, the televisions in the rooms are quite outdated. They do not support apps or phone connectivity, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the location and service were excellent, the noise issue and outdated TVs significantly impacted our experience.

I truly loved my stay! All of the staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Raquel at the front desk!
