As a silver Accor member I was disappointed in the service at this hotel. I’ve never experienced such a slow or chaotic check in process. Room wasn’t ready at 12pm, but if you wanted to pay an extra $120++ you could check in. When we got to the room half the PowerPoints didn’t work and the safe had no power. There was also nowhere for us to get changed or freshen up - we were sent to a public bathroom in the adjoining shopping centre. Dated room and facilities despite the premium pricing. Shower had no water pressure. Very disappointed - clearly preserved the Stamford service that is miles below Accor.

Hotel location is excellent as it connect to the City Hall MRT station and also inside the Raffles City mall so finding food and shopping is very easy. Check in was done in the machine and actually the only downside from the experience as in the end the staff still need to help the guest doing their check in process and make the whole process longer. Also this make the check in experience less premium. The room we stayed in was very spacious with separate bedroom and living room. The view from the room overlook the Marina Bay area and we could get excellent view during the day. The bathroom has separate bathtub and shower with nice temperature and pressure. Many amenities was also stocked in the bathroom. Breakfast in the Asian Market Cafe was excellent with mainly Asian cuisine with very friendly service by the staff members. Overall an excellent Accor hotel for stay in the city centre area.

Great location, right in the City Hall area, with many popular tourist destinations just 10–15 minutes away. The hotel is also directly above Raffles City Mall, which has plenty of boutiques, restaurants, and a supermarket, making everything very convenient. I stayed in a Marina Room and loved the fantastic views of Marina Bay. Comfortable, convenient, and a great base for exploring Singapore. Will definitely stay here again!
