Great location with nice quiet rooms on the executive floors. The executive lounge on 65 was excellent with fabulous views over the marina area. The adult pool was closed but we had not been notified about this when we booked. The main reception was very noisy with limited seating and no toilet facilities, when we asked we were directed to the attached shopping center toilets

Clean and friendly staff

From our arrival to our departure, there was a heavy focus on a great guest experience. We were greeted by well attentive bell staff, concierge and check-in staff. When we had a noise problem due to the construction noise, the hotel manager dealt with it in a very professional and accommodating manner to ensure that this didn't overshadow the rest of the stay. The room was slightly small for four people but we didnt stay in the room much so it wasn't a problem.

Really enjoyed our stay - excellently located and service was impeccable. Always someone on hand to offer help in the lobby area and excellent turn down service in our room. Requests via phone were prompt and concierge were able to locate a parcel for me too. Trustworthy, reliable, solid service, which makes a huge difference to the quality of our stay. Room was comfortable and clean. The only disappointment (for our kids) was not realising the pool was undergoing maintenance and we were unfortunately not informed beforehand about this. Thank you nonetheless for a great stay.

Had a great experience with Swissotel. Would definitely recommend to others that want to stay in the centre of Singapore. Only let down was one of the pools was under maintenance. Staff were very friendly and apporachable.
