I don't know why i sign up for Accor membership when i use this hotel. I paid an extra fee, but for the first room I was assigned, the view was assigned to a messy place so I made sure to change the room. The left side of the bed was tilted, which made me uncomfortable throughout my sleep, and I went to the pool to use the welcome drink, but the staff was too unfriendly and most smoothie fruits were not available (used around 10 a.m.)

Great location, easily accessible via the mrt and connected to 6 malls around the Marina Bay Area. Team was friendly and helpful.

Stayed on Dec 8 and received an upgrade for my Accor platinum status. I've stayed here several times as the breakfast is halal and service is always with a smile. The lounge has a dedicated family section for kids which was amazing and I applaud the hotel for this move. There were many child friendly treats and this will definitely attract families with young kids. Only sore point was the hotel screwed up my cake order for my son's birthday but otherwise all was good.
