I had friend joining me for breakfast on Thursday - I could not do breakfast on Friday due to early departure, so asked if OK. Was charged $45. Was told that can be adjusted when checking out, but Lady told me no. Different messages, disappointing. If I knew, I would go out for breakfast with friend rather than trying to use my Friday allocation on Thursday.

My experience is how I was treated as I didn't book through the hotel website and I did try and it wouldn't work. My intention was to book via the site and use my gold status. I booked via all Accor site and at check out said it was successful and then received an email saying it's wasn't. So I gave up and went and booked it via amex. Not realising that doing that my gold status would not be recognised. And then when I tried to talk to the staff about it they were very blunt that I had booked via Adgoda and that I was not an Accor member. Don't get me wrong the staff and stay was great. And the few people that I approached and discussed this with had an attitude with me that I had done a bad thing by booking with Amex. Which I get and my intention was to book via the Accor site and couldn't. And now I missed out on the gold experience at the hotel and also the other Bennifts. It's not a good experience as a customer to have tried my best to book via the website and then be treated like I did something wrong and miss out on the Bennifts.
