All very smooth, excellent customer service and I felt very well looked after. The view over Marina Bay I feel was with the premium. Room was spacious and well maintained.

Overall is very good amenities and breakfast. Only shortfall is too warm at night even we turn AC to 19, me and my friend woke up twice at night and sweat. Could be the duvet insert too warm.

The staff needs to visit India and stay at an accor property to learn how to treat guests. Specially the ones at the entrance of the 70th floor restaurant and the bar. Really cheap of them to come in our way while we were walking in and ask us what we want rather than ask us a table for how many do we need. They almost wanted us out. I was with my wife and my 3 year old. Extremely humiliating specially being a gold member for 3 years in a row. Everytime we wanted something we had to tell them specifically we are ready to pay for it.. they almost always assume we want things for free. I did not use my 2 drinks complimentary vouchers that came with the booking as a result. The check in is a pain. There is no coordination between the emails you've sent them and what you've asked and what the guy at a common desk just throws at you and says here you go.. almost nodding at you to be happy with what he has given us. This hotel can do with some courtesy and some basic manners on how to treat all people equally.
