This was the first day of my life, first of all being a Accor gold member got any benefit, and moreover, once I got checked in at 3 PM, hotel took two hours to resolve the air condition issue as my room was extremely hot, and the air condition was not working. The engineer came three times and Lost, he change the air filter, and after that, the air conditions started working for the first three times, he just came and just tried to explain me that it’s working perfectly, but on the other end, he was also saying the room is not cold when they showed me a smaller room on another floor. The room of perfectly cold and then I told them to fix the air condition problem in this room only because my room was a corner room which was bigger size and I didn’t want to degrade and extreme road floor. Manager because I made them work. They were extremely rude and couldn’t see me in my eye for the whole trip. I really felt unwelcome there, and the worst part was. I was sick and as soon as a person check-in, obviously they want to take a rest, so they can start visiting and seeing the country they visiting for holidays so because of your foolishness, I ruined my first day in Singapore, which almost costed me my time and the amount of the hotel, stay of the first day and ruined my itinerary. I even have videos in which I was with my girlfriend in the room, and we were trying to relax, and you’re an engineer was working and throwing dust from the AC inside the room as he was trying to fix it and we both couldn’t be more uncomfortable than that, as we had a third unknown person in the room for several hours while we both were inside their

We enjoyed our stay once again having used the hotel on many occasions as a stopover on our way to Europe and more recently to South Africa. Our room was lovely with nice views from the balcony . We had a paid upgrade making our stay a little more expensive on our return trip but it was worth it. The hotel was very busy and the only downside was that it was impossible to get a later departure time!

First time and it's the best. My family lurves the staycay and my son lurves the experience in swissotel. He enjoys the luxury feeling for the first time.
