one of the most luxurious stays that I have had with Accor, everything was incredible down to the welcome desk to the fresh fruit delivered to my room. A seamless experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left for the airport. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Swissôtel . This was our first experience with the Swissôtel but not the first as our previous stay was with Fairmont . Although our request for a non connecting room/ different view was not approved on our second leg back from Phuket . Elvan was most accommodating to help us extend our late checkout noting there were issues with global Airbus issue causing our flight to be delayed . With young children it certainly made things much more easier to manage . Thanks to the team

We have stayed at this hotel several times, even before it was a Swissôtel - last time was 2017. Since then you have changed some things for the worse unfortunately. It is very strange for a hotelof this class to have some kind of self-checkin/out, even if there are personnel there. It makes the experience feel to unpersonal and not on par with the brand reputation. Also, you have renovated the rooms, which is good in itself, but you let the designer come up with a lot of strange solutions that work really bad in reality. One wardrobe with a sliding door that means that one half of the wardobe is not covered, and when the light switch in the doot was misaligned. Some kind of strange "box" for toilet paper, etc. just takes a lot of room. And no shower cabin, but a bathtub, but no door means it feels cold to take a shower. The A/C didn't work as intended. We set it to 26 degrees, since the room was to cold, but the temperature did not go above 23 degrees, so we instead had to turn off the A/C, which instead made the room too warm. If you renovate, you should have a person involved who actually knows what is wanted from a room. It seemed like the designer hadn't stayed in a hotel room, because otherwise, the design would be functional and not strange just for the esthetics.
