Great location and clean facilities but a lot of services are self-service model, which was unexpected based on the nightly fare. Self-service may work fine for leisure travelers, but I was traveling for business and needed basic services like in-room dining readily available. Ordering in-room food wasn't easy. There are so many QR codes in the room, and none of them linked directly to the menu. I called, and the rep told me to turn on TV in order to get the menu (there was no instructions in the room that the menu was on TV). TV instructed that the only type of menu available for the time I needed the service (past midnight) was all day dining. However, the TV didn't have the menu for all day dining... I tried the QR code on the page and finally I was able to see the menu. It was past midnight after long hours of work. I've never had to look for menus in hotels... It was frustrating experience. Checking in/out was also self-service. At the check-out, the system was down but there were only 2 staff attending, and it took a half hour just to check out. Getting a taxi was another self-service experience. When we asked for taxi, the staff advised us to use a taxi app. The hotel might be fit for leisure travel but definitely not for business. The location and facilities felt like a 4-5 star hotel, but the services heavily relying on self-service made me feel like I was staying in a youth hostel.

The Wellness Spa closing time of 9pm is too early. It should be at least 10pm.
