In general, the stay was outstanding. The view was great from the Signature Suite, and our requests were did not go unnoticed as we were given a good Marina Bay View. The staff at check-in helped us as soon as he noticed us and was very pleasant. He gave us a lot of information for our stay (Breakfast, MTR, etc.). The rooms were always kept clean, and we saw that if we left the "Make Up Room" light on in the afternoon, someone would still clean the room (sort of a Turn Down). Breakfast was great, we love the light coming into Clove, it makes Breakfast a very nice start to the day. There was never a long line and we were seated right away. Check-out was easy as well. Fast check-out always a great option.

I booked 2 rooms with Swissotel The Stamford Singapore for my end of year family holiday (young kids with elderly parents) and as a platinum member with the Accor group, I was not impressed with the customer service of the fronts staffs during my stay of 9 nights. There was no friendly greetings from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Not to mention, the concierge did not assist us with our bags upon check out where there was no other customers around at 6.30am. Having stayed at multiple hotels from the Accor Group, this 5 star hotel did not give me or my family a hospitable experience.
