The stay was comfortable overall and service was good. Breakfast was pretty nice too with a good variety of options. The only downside is that the room’s aircon is still quite cold even after we raised the temperature.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable stay for our family. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The reception staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. Breakfast at Clove was another highlight, with a good variety of options and a pleasant dining atmosphere that we all enjoyed. A special thank you to Keane and Victoria from the reception team for going the extra mile to assist with the birthday surprise. Their thoughtful gestures really touched my mom and made her feel celebrated. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that came with an amazing view of the Marina Bay Sands skyline, which added an extra wow factor to the whole experience. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and made my mom’s milestone birthday even more special and meaningful. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with thoughtful hospitality.

Motion activated floor lights disrupted my partner's sleep. Shower water ran along bath/shower stall edge and onto the floor. TV volume would not reduce below 10. Self check out failed.

we absolutely loved working with the hotel (Melissa) for our event at Skai Loft, and the event was fantastic. for the hotel itself, the rooms were very nice. many from our group skipped breakfast because of the long waiting times, and the relatively poor selection (such as fruit, and juices). The lobby was very busy and there was no space to sit down and wait having a brief conversation. The pool area was also quite disappointing.
