It's like " home"

We enjoyed the stay a lot. We had some issues initially while making the payment ( issue from our side) . The staff was so patient waiting and helping while we got it sorted. The room upgrade was so thoughtful especially for the kids who were visiting first time. The staff helping with the luggage - so cheerful and positive. Food was good though I may say that the Indian food wasn't that authentic ( saying bcoz we are Indians so we can comment only about that). Overall very good experience and next time will stay in Swissotel only.

From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly and room did not disappoint. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Perfect location for getting out and about. Having the shopping centre and the MRT right there was great and made things easy. Would highly recommend a stay here. The only things I could ask for would be fresh milk in the room for coffee (coffee pods and sachets of creamer don’t really work) and I couldn’t find a hair dryer. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be good to enjoy the view.
