Had an exceptional and comfortable stay in the hotel. Me and family enjoyed it very much epspecially kid. Food it great and we had a dinner in SKAI which was a sub lime experience. The location of the hotel is very good as many prominent places are around it. Look forward to staying again.

From check in to check out the service and attention to guests exceeded my expectations. Our room was on the 37th floor and offered unforgettable views of Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Super Tree Grove, and the downtown core skyline. The double beds were small but comfortable. Offering many pillow options to ensure good rest. They provided extra pillows and blankets upon request. Slippers and various toiletries were also provided. There was a nespresso machine in room for morning convenience. However there were some coffee places in the underground city link mall that provided many options for your java. Hotel was also on the City Hall MRT station. Also was a quick Grab ride to many tourist spots like Chinatown and the Cable car at Mount Faber. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

Our check in took way longer than normal, explanation was not offered - just an apology. The room would be perfect if it had a bidet, and better lighting (for applying make up).

We spend a night after our Music Run, the location is good. Just a few comments on the TV remote, it keep’s showing “low battery” so we were not able to control it. Another issue was, there was a welcome paper note which was indicated to another guest I think, the name did not reflect as mine. As we were going to our run, I handover the welcome paper to one of the lobby staff and told him it was not my name but it’s inside my room. We’re just wondering is the room we had is for someone else but we do not have time to check on it. Overall, we have no other issues on the room and the service,
