Overall, my stay was satisfactory. However, I would like to provide the following feedback for your consideration: 1) Bath towel One of the bath towels had a small stain on it. While it was minor, I believe towels should be thoroughly inspected before being provided to guests. 2) Staff conduct and access to Level 4 meeting rooms (25 July, around 11:00 AM) I walked around Level 4 to assess whether the meeting rooms would be suitable for future meetings involving my company and business counterparts. While doing so, I needed to use the restroom. I followed the restroom directional signage, but before reaching it, a staff member wearing a suit and tie stopped me and asked where I was going. Another staff member, who overheard that I was looking for the restroom, told me that I was not allowed to use that restroom and should instead use the restroom at the Fairmont Executive Meeting Rooms. As the restroom signage was not clearly visible from where I was, I walked into the meeting hall to locate it. The second staff member then shouted, "Hello, hello, the toilet is here only." I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally. A simple greeting such as "Good morning, Sir" or "Hello, Sir" before giving directions would have been much more courteous. In addition, if guests are not permitted to access or view the Level 4 facilities, the area should be clearly restricted or closed off to avoid confusion. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience. Thank you for taking the time to review my comments.

The housekeeping staff, and the receptionists were attentive to my needs. I'm glad I got a room right away when I arrived during this trip, and was not double booked with anybody else in the room that I got.
