One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge on the 65th floor, which offered not only breathtaking views of Singapore but also an exceptional level of service. The staff at the lounge were absolutely outstanding — always welcoming, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and enjoyable, and their warm attitude made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The atmosphere in the lounge was perfect for both relaxing and working, and the team there played a big part in making my stay special. This experience left a lasting impression on me and is one of the reasons I am very happy to return to Swissôtel The Stamford again.

Team on the door were lovely, however once we stepped inside service was cold, abrupt and unwelcoming. Room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and charged accordingly, however room was not set up for this and we had to request enough pillows and towels for us all as room was set up for two. Bathroom was dingy and in need of some TLC, amenities looked tired and soap etc. felt poor quality. We were not told on booking that the large pool was closed, leaving only the small shallow pool which was overcrowded and felt dirty. Overall for the price there are better places to stay in the city. To end on a positive note I'd like to praise the door team, Ramesh in particular who was wonderful and really kind and engaging to our kids.

Well located close to all the attractions, food outlets and shopping. Kids pool was perfect and view of the marina was great.
