For the sake of fairness, I wish to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Ms. Kim Hang of the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to detail, consistent professionalism, and respectful demeanor stood in stark contrast to the broader service failures I encountered. I also note the attentiveness of Front Desk Manager Mr. Alix, who promptly reached out to discuss the matter and assured me that corrective measures would be implemented. However, I must express my deep skepticism that any meaningful accountability will follow regarding Mr. Hamid at the concierge desk. The overt rudeness and unprofessional conduct I endured were not an isolated lapse; they reflect a systemic disregard for guest courtesy and a clear failure of managerial oversight. The manner in which I was treated is wholly unacceptable for an establishment of your claimed standards, and I have formally documented this incident for the official record. Beyond these service deficiencies, I was subjected to two serious safety hazards within the guest bathroom, which point to a negligent approach to guest welfare. First, the sharp, unprotected marble edge of the bathtub caused a direct impact to my knee, resulting in noticeable swelling. It is a fundamental standard of hospitality design that such fixtures be fitted with protective cushioning or safety guards to prevent avoidable injuries. Second, the transparent glass partition separating the bathing area lacks any visible warning markings or safety decals. Its excessive clarity, combined with the complete absence of visual indicators, directly caused me to strike my head, posing a severe and entirely foreseeable risk to any guest. These are not minor inconveniences; they are critical safety oversights that demand immediate remediation. Given the cumulative effect of these service and safety failures, I am compelled to state unequivocally that I will not be returning to this property. On all future visits to Singapore, I will direct my business to alternative accommodations that uphold the basic standards of guest respect, accountability, and physical safety.

Loud music thumping til 3am. The finish to the rooms was below standard. When booking it allowed us to book 4 people in to a room which was ridiculous considering the small bed sizes. The self check in was not exactly a five star experience.
