Nice upgrade for the first two nights of three where we had booked a lesser room. You merged our two bookings and put us in the same higher room for the whole stay. Great service! Executive lounge was great and service there was wonderful

Main pool down for maintenance, breakfast was ok with lots of choice but most of the time I found the hot food cold. Great fresh juice

Really disappointed. But lots of good points as well. Good points first. Lounge was fantastic. Booked a suite and the view was quite good. Not full bay view. But very awesome. Special mention to Cheary at the lounge. He was so professional and friendly. Really elevated the experience. It’s a great hotel. The decor and everything is good and up to standard. Now to the bad. Check in was terrible. Felt lots of racism and was so slow. Might be because the system was down. I won’t name, but a certain staff member of the reception was extremely arrogant and sort of racist. It was a terrible check in experience. 1. They forgot to add lounge access. 2. They flipped through my passport so aggressively. 3. Starred at my partners S pass for so long doing nothing. The whole experience put such a sour taste to the experience. Breakfast was quite nice. Decent options. Pool renovating, but I can see it being good. Room is good for the price. I must say. Cheary (if I remember correctly) from the lounge really did elevate the experience. Just seeing him treat every guest with genuine respect and kindness was awesome.

very convenient as it is located at city hall, close to everywhere basically. the restaurants in the hotel are decent; the sky bar is superb. room with balcony is just too good to be true at this price level. it connects directly to the shopping mall so i can get anything I need. yet the room cleaning quality fluctuate, sometime cleaners do their job well, sometime don't and once they left many bedsheets and used towels in my room. thats why i cannot give the rating above 8.
