We arrived at the hotel at 12 pm and dispite check in being at 6 pm the lady checked us in at 12 pm within minutes and no questions asked. The room and kabah view were breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent. I will surely come back god willing.

Had pleasant time. Will definitely come back to it. Staff is very friendly. Very near to Haram. Clean hotel. Staff helped us several times. We had great time.

I opted for a khaaba view room. Was very good on 15th Floor however slightly obstructed not by buildings but not high enough to get full khaaba. If i am being picky windows were very dirty (not sure how often if possible to clean such high windows). Bathroom was quite compact. Room was very good with lots of storage space for everything, beds situated to the side and seating area infront of the khaaba. Had two beds as requested thankyou. housekeeping are really nice and helpful. did order room service for refreshments and snacks. Breakfast very huge choice but i don't have too much for breakfast to do justice to the cost. We had dinner twice and is pretty hefty at over £25 per person and at weekends (classed from Thursday) its £30 pp. ( i definitely don't eat that much to justify price bracket). there are many eating places around and no queues. But its nice/convenient to try here and there during your stay as you can pay each day. I didnt have breakfast the last morning and i did ask for it to be changed to a dinner instead but i was told not possible but on another occasion i was told to pay the difference! which was 70SAR per person (i couldnt justify that as can easily purchase for half the price elsewhere). I left at 3am so not only was I not able to have breakfast that i paid for in advance but left the room very early due to flight time so u can lose out on a costly night. all in all I would consider staying again as i was very comfortable here room/amenities and location. Access to shopping centre is through the end of reception and into clock tower shopping area too. So much to see and do in there if you are staying longer.
