One bed was broken, requested new one nothing. AC was either freezing or hot. The controls didnt work. One guy came he opened it and blew in it. I have no words. Only good thing was the view.

Excellent location, a big plus is the access to Ajyad street, along with clocktower mall. The prayer area on Ajyad side helps a lot with Jummah salat, if you are not able to go to the Masjid Haram. Breakfast is one of the best, with many varieties and some changes daily, and has ample sitting space. Staff, room service etc are very polite, well informed and responsive. Rooms are spacious and had all the required amenities with top notch quality. Alhamdolillah.
