Sophie at the front desk was an absolutely delight and very lovely. However we were disappointed that there wasn't a pillow menu so my sleep couldn't be maximised. It would also be good if there is a water dispenser on every floor and beverage to welcome hotel guests back especially during the hot summers.

Hotel is very central, but surprisingly quiet; even though it's right in front of a tram stop, and I'm a light sleeper, when the windows are closed, you can barely hear a thing! Staff are all very friendly, rooms are clean, beds are WONDERFUL! All around a lovely stay!
