Breakfast time at 36/F is not a good experience, too many guest at the same time that the no. of staff should be increased.

Loved the hotel and the breakfast on the 36th floor with a spectacular view! Executive Lounge presented a lovely Happy Hour and Swiss details were included in surprising ways throughout. Loved the gym, but was very disappointed with the limited hours, 6:30am-20:30pm. With international clientele, this seems very short sighted and inflexible. Really should be changed. The gym was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, and we couldn’t get a workout in on our second day because our train left too early for the hours. Very disappointing.

Must stay with well connected to all around Osaka including nara or Kyoto Wonderful restaurant floor overlooking city Limited breakfast options but more then more Japanese restaurants Rooms are very spacious and well equipped Speedy early check-in provide great relief Without any second thought it’s a choice for my next trip
