Overall I really like my stay. The hotel is in an amazing location, with good restaurant options and great amenities. I feel the rooms are starting to feel a bit aged and while having a shower within a bath provides the best of both worlds, it feels a bit outdated as well. One small nitpick - every time I entered the room and switched on the power, the TV would turn on and start showing the same ALL Accor promotion video. This was a bit much in the end. I loved that the requests I made before my stay were granted, which elevated my stay even further.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka. We truly enjoyed our experience. The assigned floor was excellent, conveniently located near the elevator, with a beautiful view. The newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable, and we were pleased with the overall service provided. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to your staff for kindly assisting us with our luggage to Namba Station. The breakfast buffet was very generous and enjoyable as well. If I may, I would like to take this opportunity to share a few gentle suggestions for your kind consideration. We noticed that disposable combs were not provided in the room, and the packaging of the disposable toothpaste was a little less convenient. It might also be nice if the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel could be offered in small travel-size bottles. In addition, the water pressure of the shower felt slightly low, and the hair dryer was a bit difficult to use. We have stayed at hotels that provide Panasonic hair dryers, which we found quite comfortable. These are only minor comments, and they did not affect our overall positive impression of the stay. Once again, thank you very much for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time at your hotel and hope to stay with you again in the future.
