I had a great 4D3N stay in the most accessible spot in Osaka. It is right on top of train stations (that goes to Shinkanzen and KIX international airport). The Swissotel Nankai Osaka team were very friendly helpful and honest right from the start to helping me retrieve my iphone - left in the room safe! Room is large enough to sleep the three of us - although the shower pressure definitely needs to be stronger. Definitely go for the breakfast - not only is the food amazing so is the view and seeing sunrise at breakfast table. Overall, i will definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay. Staff were warm and welcoming, responsive to requests. Housekeeping was awesome. Location was superb for travelling by train, with many good food around. Just one thing - it would be great to provide larger size bathroom slippers, hubby can’t fit into their slippers! Hahaha!!

Well located hotel, unfortunately I got a corner room as I need a extra bed. Every morning I will be woken up by the housekeeping as their storage is just one partion/ wall behind my bed. Its very frustrating. You can also hear them opening and closing the doors.
