I spent 12 nights on the 22nd floor facing east with a beautiful city view (and only sun in the morning which was perfect). Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Asian and western options. The pool was amazing and the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were perfect to relax at the end of the day. The housekeeping was kind and attentive and the laundry service was fast and very professional.

Dirt in the Executive lounge from the air condition (big black oily dust at the AC right above the egg kitchen. Greasy food signs, greasy wall not been cleaned behind the food, dirty coffee machine never been cleaned during our stay, dirty cutlery beneath the couch in the lounge for 5 days, the same beneath the tables. Room floor during 5 days never has been hovered, only after our reclamation (we booked the Executive Suite Top floor!). AC in the suite couldn't been switched off properly, I had to drive my wife to the medical center due to the draft. While arriving we could check-in separately at the executive lounge: no welcome drinks had been offered (we literarily had to walk to the table and help ourselves). We as well had to carry the luggage on our own (3 suitcases plus two smaller ones). The personal just showed as the elevator not helping at all. When asking to book a restaurant for the evening outside the hotel the answer was that this is not part of the hotel service. Breakfast at the Executive lounge was poor. Bread selection very small. The afternoon offerings as well weren't good. Never again Swissotel.

Overall is good but the shower is not “strong” enough which I think can improve. Overall staffs and nice and helpful. Location is best
