I have stayed many times here and this time the room was great. Club lounge food was terrible. All Chinese food now. Old hard dried out cheese. No decent bread or the old pretzel rolls they used to have. Seemed basic. Kids should not be in the lounge in the evening time. All day seemed full of kids.

Hotel location was located very centrally, but services leave much to be desired. Upon check-in, my accor status was not respected and no room upgrade was offered. In the room itself, housekeeping often came at erratic times or not at all, and the room was extra warm with no way to turn air conditioning on, even though maintenance had tried - they explained there was nothing they could do. Overall I couldn’t recommend this.
