Booked a higher floor and got offered a room upgrade, nice. Took the option, but ended up on a lower floor with the bedroom bathroom right behind the elevators which you could hear all night. Had club lounge access due to the room we booked. Would have to say that was the most disappointing things about the stay. Hot food was only 2 items each night and they were rotated each night with 5 different options. One night was soft spring rolls and the next was filo pockets. Next night was filo pockets and then some other random item. Followed the next night by that random item and then spring rolls. Often the hot item was only like warm. Most club lounges we stay at have a barman that offers your standard drinks and a few simple cocktails. This one was a self serve, and when I mean self serve, there was one person filling a empty tonic bottle with about 300mls of Gin and the staff don't do anything. Couldn't get an orange drink in the evening unless we left the lounge area. The lounge at Swissôtel Sydney needs major improvement. Would never recommend it as an option for anyone staying.

I travel every week and have been a regular at the Swissotel and after this trip I am done. The lounge hours are 5pm - 6.30 . Who gets off work that early to enjoy this. Breakfast can't go wrong really or can it. Shocking service when ordering a simple start to the day and it's always the same. Rooms are great but the food and the way its managed including the lounge and its same, same stodgy offerings bring my usage of the hotel to a halt. Its been inconsistent for a long time and I am done now.

High quality services, relaxed bar area and good selection of all night room services. The check in can be slow at times

Everything was good however the wait for the two sets of lifts was long, especially the ground floor. I acknowledge his was not helped by 1 lift being out of order, but it was still not working 2 days later.

Close to shops, restaurants, theatres and transportation. Staff were fabulous and rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
