Ordered room service 1 min after change of menu. Selection was abysmal. Only had chicken sausage rolls. Food arrived, hot outside but freezing cold inside. As this is chicken I didn’t want to get sick so I left it. Spoke to your team next day. They insisted I paid for half because your team “already cooked it”. Ridiculous. Cold uncooked chicken contains salmonella. Having to be told that I should “at least pay for half” is ridiculous. Finally, room was noisy. Beds were terrible. Pillows were so soft that it didn’t feel like pillows . Terrible .

Everything about the stay was perfect. Staff everywhere were helpful. Great selection in the executive lounge.

I'm glad I booked my stay with Swissotel Sydney. Our room was spacious and the hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming and friendly. My only issue is with the lifts in the hotel. Being a 5 star hotel I'm sure that there would not be a long wait for the lifts during peak times. I've stayed in other hotels and never encountered this problem.

The issue was the lifts very slow sometimes 20min wait we heard people in lift complaining the same thing Our room 2120 was cleaned on Sunday when we got back late the cups wAs not replaced so we had to use the glass cups in bathroom this should have been doubled checked by the cleaner before leaving the room

Great location, comfortable, ticks all the boxes. We only stayed one night so its hard to tell, however all reception and concierge staff were great, friendly and very helpful and i would gladly stayed longer. One thing to point out is that we came back to the hotel quite late after a concert (before midnight) on Sat night so was a bit nervous coming in especially since a lady slipped in behind us when we came through the street entrance door using our hotel card and we weren't sure if she actually had a hotel card. No issues but it would be great if there was security in the foyer just until midnight.
