I had a great stay, been here many times, I did get quite the rude service from the man behind the desk. I understand Im younger (22) but treating me the way he did was insulting a bit.

The room was wonderful. The shower stall was a little tight to get into and the floor got wet as the showerhead pointed out. There was also a long wait for an elevator one of the nights. Overall, a great stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family on a trip out from Ireland. Really enjoyed this hotel as amazing location, stunning hotel and give us such an amazing experience for during our stay. Staff were lovely and couldn’t recommend Jean the Front Office Manager enough as she was brilliant and accommodated for us arriving. Upgraded us to a brilliant Navy Pier view room and left such a lovely cake for my brother as we were celebrating his birthday as the trip was a special occasion. Thank you to the hotel!
