Clean comfortable hotel. But there should be ice machines on every floor, I don't like doing stairs.

I'll start by saying I love to stay at the Swissotel Chicago. I have all of my employees to stay there during our parks and recreation conference at the Chicago Hyatt next door. This particular occasion, I unpacked my suitcase and opened the dresser drawers only to discover someone else's clothes in the dresser (t-shirts, shorts, underwear - gross)! I called the front desk to make sure my room wasn't double booked and they said it wasn't and that housekeeping must've forgotten to check the dresser. They asked if I wanted to bring the items to the front desk or wait 20 minutes for someone to pick them up in my room (but I couldn't wait that long since I was meeting my staff). Ultimately, I ended up using the laundry bag from my closet to place the items and brought them to the front desk, where they looked up my room number and said, "Oh yeah, we had a guy call about his stuff but we didn't want to bother you."
