Everyone was very nice and professional, our rooms were generous and had wonderful views. We walked to everywhere, it was approx 17 minutes to freedom square and 18 minutes to townhall square.

Room was nicely setup that we could be with kids in the other room. Also nice extras such as soap and shampoo for kids. View was great. Seethrough wall and door in bathroom is not good solution and no lock on the door. The spa treatment was very nice. I was most dissapointed with the restaurant. Food was decent but I was not informed that the riesling wine I selected was only 9 % in alcohol and it severely affected the taste. A warning from the waiter or glass to try it first would have been nice idea. The atmosphere and dresscode in the restaurant was also disappointing. The elevators were super quick which made moving about a breeze.

one thing i would like to bring up is that the temperature in spa was a little bit cold for us. And the steam sauna was also cold at the morning. everything else was nice.

The room was stylish and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very extensive. The hotel staff are truly friendly; for instance, the guy at the breakfast reception was absolutely outstanding.
