Our stay at Swissôtel Tallinn started in the best possible way. The unexpected suite upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and our whole family was genuinely amazed. A heartfelt thank you to Hanna-Liisa and the entire team for the warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture. We truly felt welcomed and will happily recommend this hotel to others.

Location and overall experience is very good. The hotel is very stylish and clean. The rooms are luxurious and clean. Front desk staff and staff at the Horisont bar were a bit stiff and didn't offer a smile or a very welcoming feeling. The Horisont restaurant was a very good experience both on food quality and service level. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very serviceminded the first morning but on the second morning there was other personnel working and they were a bit unattentative. A nice exeperience was that a birthday cake was delivered to our room for my fiances birthday. To summarize, we enjoyed our stay as always, but we felt a slight disappointment with some of the staff members compared to previous visits.
