Great food and a good view. Unfortunately we do not have a bathtub that functions in our house and I was looking forward to taking a hot bath at the hotel after an eight hour drive. The hotel tub did not hold water and there was a wadded up paper towel in it. When I told the ladies at the front desk they said sorry and offered no concession or solution. Very disappointing as experiences at other Swiss Hotels have been positive.

Well located, close to restaurants. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent gym, pool and good spa area. The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to traffic. The hotel could also replace the towels (quite worn out!)

Minor disappointments: no timely coffee pod refills in the room, cleaner kept resetting the room from how I wanted it to be comfortable, cleaner left solution bottle on tv/drawers and dirty cleaning towel in shower. Middle disappointment: paying $20 per day for the breakfast but not being able to have a carry out cup of coffee while seeing other hotel patrons filling personal containers up to a liter in capacity from the buffet food. Major disappointments: broken desk chair alerted on Sunday but not fixed until Thursday, offered a "champagne and fruit plate" on check in but NOT alerted that it was not a free offer until I was charged $50 for that at check out, was told the hired car was $75 while it ended up being $99 + $8 in fees. I consider the two charges to be essentially stealing from the customer.
