BODYTONE
In this workout, you’ll start with easy step combinations to warm up, then move on to functional exercises using different devices (BOSU® balls, Fitballs®, rubber bands, dumbbells, etc.) and your own body weight. Some classes add a little spice with fast-paced interval routines (sprints, jumps, etc.). The main focus is on strengthening muscle groups of all sizes. Classes are held in the fitness studio.


PUROVEL POWER
This toning and conditioning class, which is created by Purovel Spa & Sport instructors, is for everyone who wants to add strength training to their aerobic workout. After a short and easy warm up, follows exercises with bars and weights. The simplicity of the class makes it a great starting point for developing vitality and confidence. This class is a great change for gym workout. Classes are held in the fitness studio.


CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training is an intervall based workout, where all muscle groups are trained. It is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina using BOSU® ball, Fitball®, medicineball, bar, dumbells and your own bodyweight. There are no step combinations. The circuit training comprises of 10 to 12 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary from two to four depending on your training level. Circuit training is suitable for everyone! Classes are held in the fitness studio.


BodyART®
BodyART is functional body and mind training created by Robert Steinbacher. This workout combines trainig poses and classical breathing techniques to a synergy of physical training and mental relaxation. The ultimate aim of bodyART training is to ensure the correct function of the entire human body through functional strenght and stabilisation training of the human motion system. Incontrast to classical strenght training the focus is not directed towards individual muscle groups but is consentrated on the human body in its entirety. All the exercises and poses are complete body exercises which work several muscles in the body at the same time. BodyART workout-relaxation method is based on the principle of Yin and Yang. During the workout this would mean inhalation- exhalation, strenght- relaxation. BodyART is suitable for everyone! Classes are held in the fitness studio.


ZUMBA

YOGA
A physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing and tapping into inner energy and consciousness. It directly affects perception, develops intuition, increases self-awareness and unleashes the unlimited creative potential that exists within every person. Yoga enhances your nervous system, your glands and your mental control. Classes are held in the fitness studio.


PILATES
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Classes are held in the fitness studio.


SHINDO
A combination of massage, stretching and healing exercises, Shindo balances your body and mind, invigorating both with vivacity and strength. Classes are held in the fitness studio.
