ParkingValet parking is available at a rate of $100.00 per day. However, due to our inner-city location, there are strict size restrictions for this service. Vehicles such as utes, 4×4 vehicles, vans, or those exceeding a maximum height of 2.0 meters are prohibited from using this service. Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Please note that the height limit for both valet parking and off-site self-parking is 2.0m. Other size restrictions may also apply. The carpark offers 24-hour access.Due to our inner-city location, we are impacted by street closures which can impact vehicular access to the hotel. Hotel location was central and convenient. Stayed during the Sydney Marathon weekend so there was a great vibe. Only downside was the evacuation alarm that went off around 5am on the Monday morning- the actual evacuation instructions were very quiet and muffled through the speaker in our room so we got our family up and went downstairs to the foyer to check what was wrong. Assuming the instructions are meant to sound clearer in the rooms. Aside from that one experience which is maybe more of a WHS issue, service and everything else was great.

Drop off was problematic as there was no spaces to drop our luggage before parking. SO we parked and carried our luggage back. Our first time so next time we will know it's hit and miss.

As platinum member I feel very let down especially with the use of the executive lounge. This is becoming a free for all for all other guests that may of just received an upgrade when booking. We stay at Accor venues so that we can have these privileges….. but beginning to think why should we bother !!! I felt like we were being watched and judged in the executive lounge , this made us feel very uncomfortable. We have been loyal visitors to this property and have noticed a huge drop in everything. The quality of breakfast has declined along with the whole service … apart from the beautiful lady that cleaned our room. We feel very let down and extremely disheartened with our last stay. Especially with how felt in the executive lounge !!!!
