I had an enjoyable stay at the Crest Suite. I was looking for a cosy place to relax and decided to book the Crest Suite on a whim. The furnishings and bedding were excellent to lounge in the room while enjoying drinks from the minibar. The "smart toilet" in the master bathroom was definitely a nice addition. Only thing I found a little uncomfortable was the tiny space for the toilet. The lounge provides excellent views of the Singapore skyline. The variety of food items on offer for breakfast and evening cocktails can even surpass some luxury hotels! A recent change they made to the lounge was to allow families with children to also join in the evening cocktails within the designated family zone. This is a good move. However, this came at the expense of the Crest Lounge that used to be reserved for suite guests. As the lounge can sometimes get crowded and noisy (even without children), I missed this peaceful sanctuary. It would be good if the hotel can explore the possibility of both having a family zone as well as the Crest lounge. Staff in the lounge were simply excellent. I cannot emphasize this enough. The quality of service and attentiveness to queries I had were simply top notch. In no particular order, the staff that left a memorable impression are: Ronald, Victoria, Austin, Aiko, Zai. I truly look forward to my next visit.

location and view is good. but tv was not working in both rooms and 1 room doesnt comes with a bidet
