My recent stay at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore was overall average. The view from the room was definitely a highlight and something I really enjoyed. However, I feel the hotel could improve on its customer service, particularly when it comes to parking arrangements for local guests. I understand that the car park is managed under Raffles City, but it’s difficult to understand why hotel guests are not extended complimentary parking, especially when wedding guests are able to enjoy this benefit. As a Singapore resident paying a premium for the room, having to incur an additional $20–$30 for parking feels unreasonable and detracts from the overall experience. It would be great if the hotel could review this policy to better support local guests.

Great location next to shopping Mall. Easy access to MRT. Comfortable stay. Recommendation if the hotel can install international plugs where we can just plug into sockets without using our own international plugs. We have noticed other hotels have that installed these days.

First time staying in Singapore for a few days as a stop over and really enjoyed it. The swissotel was in a great central location, close to the MRT, fantastic room and view!

The hotel is in a central location with the MRT located below. You can choose to have a room overlooking the bay. Room was spacious and had a balcony. Breakfast can get busy but the staff are very efficient and will offer the sister hotel’s restaurant as an option. The buffet is fantastic. There is access to a mall from the hotel. We would stay here again.
