A Wonderful Stay — Convenient, Comfortable and Welcoming I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it made getting around the city incredibly easy, whether I was heading out for sightseeing, meals or transportation. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever needed. Their professionalism added a lot to the overall experience. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were clean and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and great service. I would happily stay here again.

Dying my first night my card on file was charge $1178, even though the room was pre-paid and I was told there would only be a $200 hold. Ultimately this required a $742 refund. When we enjoyed 2 cocktails at the pool bar we were chased down by the bar attendant as there was “no credit on our account” this made us feel like some sort of criminal when the hotel was the criminal overcharging us. These over charges on my card also cost me $10 in foreign transaction fees on my travel money card. It also meant that I had my other currency drained from my account and converted to SGD , now I have left Singapore and I have over $600 SGD that I now need to pay again to convert back to another currency. This was quite distressing when the duty manager said I would only get my refund on checkout but made me feel bad when I insisted that the refund should be processed immediately I will never return to your hotel, just a money grab and poor accounting trying to steal my money

Failed to decorate room as requested despite multiple confirmations. Was informed only at the very last minute. Room was plainly decorated and non impressive
