From check in to check out, the beautiful room, the cleanliness and the most helpful staff all over the establishment our stay was very pleasant. In fact, this will be the hotel of choice in our future trips.

The hotel lobby was quite crowded during my stay, and the air conditioning was not working well, which made the area feel rather uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the pillow was also uncomfortable, and I had difficulty getting a good night’s sleep. Overall, these factors affected my stay and made it less comfortable than expected.

My husband and I had a fabulous staycation at Swissôtel The Stamford from 8–10 August 2026. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were professional, polite, warm and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our Premier Marina Bay King Plus Room with Balcony and Marina Bay View was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful night view of Marina Bay. The highlight was a surprise in-room dinner that I arranged for my husband, who had undergone major surgery and completed chemotherapy in April. A big thank you to Mimah and Alex Kam for making the evening so special. Alex coordinated the setup and course timings with me in real time and was professional, patient and attentive. We were also touched by the complimentary cake and his personal wishes for my husband’s speedy recovery. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no additional charge for the setup and personalised service. Thank you, Swissôtel The Stamford, Mimah and Alex, for a truly memorable stay! ❤️
